dosing for GAT Methyl Depot

im 23 5'11 195 pounds
i was wondering if anyone has any feedback on this product...what kind of gains to expect?
and i know its a superdrol clone and it says 3 capsules a day but i know other superdrol clones you take 1 a day at first and work your way up...should i do the same with methyl depot of follow the directions on the bottle

Yea, 10/20/20 with supp suplements and proper pct on hand. It's a sd clone (10-12mg per pill) and it has some other goodies in it.
