I realize that real nolvadex, clomid, HCG, etc are best options, but if someone did a light PH cycle and wanted an easy to get OTC product for PCT, which would be best? Sorry if this has been covered...if so, I missed it.;)

Define "light" the way you are using it. This ONE TERM means so many different things to so many different people. It may not purely come down to the agents used as it will cycle length, dose, etc...
Before the generalized recommendations come in droves, allow me to cut this off at the pass and ask what the heck this means to you...I'd bet 100% of people have a cycle in mind when they ask this, so - be more specific...answers to what you have asked without further information are completely unfounded.

Halo only @50mg for 4 weeks or Epi product ran solo @30mg for 4 weeks was kinda what I was thinking.

Ok, I probably agree with your assessment. Either product run solo are not exotic by any stretch and the doses you have chosen are equally low.
I would be inclined to suggest
AX's aPCT and AOR's I3C as being a MORE than sufficient stack.
