Some people need some help assessing how many calories and such they should be eating daily. This should help, it is for both men and women, for cutting and bulking.

great post Trans. it will help me out when i start cutting but while i am bulking i basically eat till i cant eat and then come back and do the same thing 2.5 - 3 hrs. later.

now i chose the 3 pounds per week one...and it says i can consume 1850 calories....is that for the day? or week?

yeah probably not going to add too much weight with 1850 cals a week.lol
