This is still a few weeks away but I figured might as well give some people some suspence about what will be going on.
Weight: 248 17% (got it tested) Need to go down to 231. So if I can get down to the 230s I can water loss myself down to the weight class. This will be a very special contest my first contest in addition it will be 9 weeks after I was aloud to start training again do to sinus surgery. So I was out for 6 weeks prior to this.
Products will be:
Anabolic forumations Halo T (because I have a week worth of pills left over)
Cel H-Drol
Est Propadrol
Doses:
Week 1: 50mgs (From Halo T)
Week 2: 50mgs of H-Drol with last day up to 75mgs, 2 days in starting 90mgs of prop

week 7: 75 H-drol, 90prop
Last week there will be no training as that is week of contest last dosage day will be morning of contest.
Suporting Sups:
NOW Hawthorn berry 1.1 gram a day (may up this if needed)
Now Foods Silymarin 3 caps a day
Glucosamine Blend
(the reason there is so sAME is because I'm bipolar and that is like adding gasoline to a fire)
Other Supplements:
Solaray Spectro 3 Vitamin
5grams Ester c split over the day
3 b-complexs split over the day
2 cal mags for a total of 100% of each
DMAE 300mgs post workout only (non grip training)
Diet:
Currently at 3000cals will probably bring myself down to 2500 probably before the last week if needed. Im hoping to lose enough and eat my way up to the contest. Carbs and fat will be droped to lose calories again can not do a heavy low carb diet its a trigger for bipolar do to it messsing with seratonin production. Protein will drop no lower than 250grams.
Training:
Is listed in the powerlifting strongman section.
This will be starting
January 12th, 2008

talk therapy is a big part of it. The more I can understand about why my mind does the things it does the better I can work with it. It helps me to realise and in a way predict when an epsidoe is comming on (my episodes are mixed episodes for those that dont know that means manic and depresive) Which is useful because if I feel it is going to be more depresive I try to get as much done as I can before it hits since I will not be working as productive while im in it. On other hand if its more manic I work the same and while I'm manic I get alot more done.
Meds are the second part. They keep me as stable as my body will allow and help prevent the episodes from getting to severe. They also keep the mood swings farther apart.
For myself I need both. I am still relativly new to this about 2 years, but have had other things like OCD and an anxiety disorder since 14.
besides those; lifting, keeping myself busy with a set schedual daily, and 8 hours of sleep every night contribute alot to keeping the episodes down.

Alright Ill cover what was done today:
Stretched (just added this back in to my routine again havnt done this in ages but realised my hip flexers were screwing my deadlift and clean up)
Foam rolled (again just added this in again)
Realising my hands took the most beating on strength (next to my squat my form is gone so I need to relearn it), I was definitly above average in grip before this lay off. But workouts were not even that great leading up the start of the lay off since I was suffering from severe sinus headaches every day for 8 weeks prior to the surgery (hence the reason for the surgery) so training this again is definitly a shock.
Did my grip work:
Pinch Grip on a block: 2 work sets and then 1 isometric hold for 20 seconds with 10lbs.
Finger curls: 2 work sets after the last set holding the bar till it fell out of my hands
Pegaus wrist curl (like a formulator except I like this better) 2 work sets
Pegasus Reverse wrist curl: 2 work sets
Extesor work: 1 work set
Hand digs: 20 seconds
For those who recognize part of this routine it was taken off of the grip board I can not remember who posted it but it was for beginers or guys getting back into grip. I figured this would be a good way to get back into this so that im sure I dont over train my hands as I tend to use alot of volume normally, and right now I cant handle that.

Alright friends starting the prop early at a warm up dose of 60mgs
didnt take it till after the workout though. So we shall see tommorow. I did a total revamp on my training as I need to fix some major things going into the contest and realise if I have 8 weeks left now. Gotta take my advantages and make them stronger while bringing up the weakpoints. Im naturally fast with my lifts but not as strong. Dave Tate explained it best when he said he could out bench press someone but could not out partial them. I can out partial very short range alot of people but any partial over 2 inches I suck at. my old coach measured my speed on lifts on a modified tendo, it was actually pretty fast with weights up to 70% never tested higher. So if I can raise this even better in 8 weeks then bam im gona do alot better. Ended up talking to alot of different sources before I decide this is how I want to do it. plus even this low dose of prop will help with my recovery which is what I really need right now. Not the best course to be running it at 60 but im gona try it. If i need to i tiwll pick up a another bottle. I really do hope it willl still offer a good amount of recovery bonus. Halo still at 75 but only for 6 weeks. So 2 weeks on prop before the halo kicks in over all 8 weeks on cycle. Really hoping this helps recovery aspect.... Im training more often with more instensity but volume is very low 1-2 lifts a day.
Week: prop
week 2: prop
week3: prop/halo
Week4 prop/halo
week5 prop/halo
week6 rpop/halo
week7 prop/halo
week8 prop/halo

alright did my grip training for today... feeling a little bit of overtraining starting to set in on the hands (not yet for the body though) so I cut the sets down to 2 for my exercises and am going to do contrast baths today. I do not think the prop will help the overtraining in the hands at all since it is more tendon than anything. But otherwise feeling good. I wana nail this 50lb block grip in this contest for sure.

This is Preworkout morning weight 248 up from yesterdays 246 I seem to bounce back between these to weights gona drop carbs by 25 and see if that helps at all. I will still have plenty for training. This just angers me, 248 means 18 pounds 246s means 16. Theres gotta be something up with this.
But anyways took 30mgs prop and now I am off to train I will update this as soon as I get back.

Alright trained..
did cleans with waves everything moved very fast very happy with this... did them in waves took alot out of me more so than normal singles. Made rest aproximitly 3 minutes in between each set to acomidate the high intensity something I never did before. Definitly feel this will help ALOT and prevent this nagging over training feeling I was getting.
Then went over to what I call the football run machine and did 2 sets on this to make a total of 10 sets for the hamstrings lower back area.
Stabilizers in the back were gone so worked on the chest supported for a few singles.
Then did a few light sets of dumbell rows.
Wanted to do a few curls but the clean waves knocked me 2 for 2 so I needed to stop here.
Taking the next 2 days off no event work I need this. Then starting monday again hard and heavy. Revamping alot of things and I meen alot with my training. Last routine was finnally starting to send me in overtraining way to fast so Im going with the old traditional stand by for me.
Monday: push
wed: pull
Friday: whole body
Sat Events
Events is the keg run and events based around that and the crusafix hold. Since thats all that can really be trained on this day.
Push and pull are broken into 2 exercises for each part. One heavy set and one minor heavy set.

good friend of mine told me his good cholestrol went down lower on this stuff than when he ran androl. I have never had a problem with my last cycle of halo at 4 weeks of 50. This guy did a 4 week of 50 and his lipids wereshot. I really dont beleive it but it did make me think.

Ok my friends weight is 248 not very happy with this. Meaning 18lbs total need be lost still. Calories droped to 2800, and adding in 2 days of cardio. Tuesday and thrusday to help aid in recovery and fat loss. I am looking better though so maybe I am gaining muscle not what I want though. 55 more days to go. Im a little worried thats still like 2.5lbs a week. Also going to try to do more things in the day. Take the dogs for a walk, clean more, anything that gets me moving at all. If worse comes to worse in the last 2-3 weeks I will go to extreamly low cals and hope the halodrol keeps the muscle.
Carbs are now at only 225 a day. I can afford the lowest at 150 carbs.
Alright today I trained Grip
I played around with the 45lb block for a few sets the block at the contest is 50. 50 is easy but I can get more musclar endurance that I need training with a lower block at this time.
Ivanko gripper for a few sets.
Pegasus (like a formular only better) wrist curls and reverse curls for a few sets.
Then some extension isomemetrics.
Felt no signs of over training at all today. Hands felt amazing and strong. No tiredness in them at all. I feel the propadrol is helping.
Just very stressed about this weight as it bounces between 246-248 right now. Hopefuly this calorie cut will work. If nothing by next week I will drop it to 2500. If I drop weight I will leave it for another week at 2800 before droping it again.
Water at 1.5 gallons. Added flax seed oil and CLA

248 again so it stabilized here. I miss calculated my BMR so I droped down to 2600 today.
Workout went well squat wave 3/2/1 went well weight is a little up but the wave format keeps from hitting major maxes as I keep the wave pretty close to a 100%.
Dips... was knocking these out like nothing today gona find a way to add weight.
Push presses.. easy easy and more easy. 3/2/1 wave for these to
Dumbell press and bench press dumbell were all good also.
Liking the strength feeling good with that. Just gotta worry about this weight. Im sure I burn up a lot of cals in training but never can be to sure.

weight 243 like a 5lb drop over night... I have no idea how... Not showing to many graet cuts yet, manly my stomach is going down a lot smaller. Dosnt matter to much just losing the weight but looking good is a bonus.
Did grip work today.. hands were good and strong cut it down to one set on the block today to give them a rest. As I did very well on the first set.

did a full body training today.. everything is continuing to go up in numbers im about 242 and looking better than I have pretty much ever. But I'm starting to feel a little sick dieting. This is something I have always feared doing to see how much muscle I actually spread out. I was able to feel my shoulder blade today when I ran my hand over my back when I flexed like a rear bicep. I cant see it if i pose though and this is probably how it has always been, but dieting and shrinking in size is something that always has made me really nervous. For the first time in my life im gona be small.

241 today... Hating how Im looking eveyone says Im looking better but I hate it.. No real great cuts yet as im loosing alot of intermusclar fat im guessing. Kinda feel like the Dave Tate prodject except so much smaller. No real great cuts apearing on the supper body yet. Lower body hams, glutes, and quads looking good actually really good. Everything else I hate how I'm looking lol. But anyways did events today.
Keg grip practice

all weight still progessing... I believe it is do to the chemical plus motor cordination. I am holding some heavy water I can tell that but I am very hard to the touch. Events all seem like they will go very well especially the clean and press and grip event so far. Squat not so well. My body is still fumbling with that do to the lay off.

did find out from my doc that, well these are going through my body faster than normal as my main med causes the liver to metabolise things faster. Which is not so great. I didnt ask them how fast these meds are going through my system so im figuring the 75mgs is only 50mgs, sadly.
