Well i got my GAT XC4 in the mail today.
I already started takeing it and noticed a little energy just off the first 4 caps.
Tomorrow will be the first workout on it..
I will be posting to let everybody know how its going..I noticed there is not any info/Logs on this stuff..So i will give it a shot..Its my first Log but i am looking forward to it...

- my goal is to get stronger and gain lean dry muscle
- i am not really on any specific cycle. As i stated i want clean dry muscle and gain strength
- Diet - I am gonna go as clean as i can eating chicken and fish mainly.
- Other supps. - Whey, Fish Oil, Lipodrene, LG Cold Fusion PM, Mega Men
- i will be takeing the product for 1month
- Dosing - 4 when i wake up (before i lift), 2 PWO, 2 before bed
- Bench - 215 lbs :(
- Squat - 370 lbs
- Thigh - 22 in
- Bicep - 12 1/4 in unflexed
- Waist - 33 1/2 in
- Chest - 37 1/2 in
- Calf - 16 1/2 in
- Neck - 15 1/2 in
- BF% - 13ish?
Please excuse me if i missed anything.. As i said i am going for hard clean muscle and strength..So my measurments might actually go down a little from loosing weight..Not sure..If they do go up it doesnt bother me thats fine as long as i am also getting stronger....
If you have any help/Tips on dieting and workouts! please speak..Feel free to post anything on here as i am all ears (eyes)...

i dont know what type of training you are using, but i started using DC style about a month ago, and it is by far my favorite way of training. if you want some info about just email me.

Today was the first workout day..I did chest.
After i took the supps. I had a slight discomfort in my stomach that lasted for about 10mins. Then it went away... then about 30 mins later i felt ready to go...I wanted to work out HARD I was mind set to pound out workouts! Mabye its because of not lifting for a month but wow was i ready....

after i finished my chest was 38 1/4"
I pounded out these workouts i did them in 30mins..It was amazing... Remember if you have any tips/suggestions please let me know..

this morning i did Arms....
I didnt have any upset stomache or anything today. I felt good and ready to work out..Woke up with that fealing and sore from yesterday..

Over all it was a good day..I noticed a little more vascularity and got what i thought to be a nice full fealing again...
when i finished my arms measured 13 1/2" (+1 1/4" from normal) ... Just a little help on workouts with Tri's and i'll be set..
When i woke up this morning i was really sore..I got up and ate a bananna and egg whites with a little greens in them.... Well thats all for today..

Just a side note:
Since i have worked out my arms they have gone down but not all the way STILL
they have been holding 12 1/2" (1/4" bigger than normal) So i still have a little pump going on...
Just decided to put that in here..I can feel that they are a little bgger than normal....
I also seem to be hungry ALL the time.... For some reason my appitite is outrageous i have never been so hungry....

I did Legs today...
I unfortunately had to go light on the squat due to a bad ankle..
I dont have weights because i went to school to do the workout and didnt bring a pad..
but i did Squat, Leg Extension, One leg Lunges, Front squat
Seemed to go very well besides the ankle..
My legs felt really full and tight when i was done... I also notice a little more energy now and my focus is GREAT! The legs stayed pumped through out the day too....Tight feeling all day... They measure a 22 3/4" STILL...From this morning till now they are still swole...
Overall my legs will be sore tomorrow and i felt like it was a good workout.
My appetite is HUGE i know i said this in the last post but i am ALWAYS hungry i can eat and eat and eat and it will just go away for a little while then it comes right back...
The LG Cold Fusion PM seems to be getting me a great nights sleep and i fell great in the morning and through out the day..
The Fish Oil pills leaves a HORRIED burping session..I want to gag everytime i burp....
Tomorrow i will be doing Back and Shoulders..I cant wait to see how it goes.....

P.S. The arms seem to be a little bit more swole...Mabye water retension? Not sure but it looks good...

sounds great shutta. keep up the good work. dont know if you are taking your fish oils with food, but when i take mine i have to take them and then eat something right after. flax oil is another option too. it doesnt seem to have the bad burps.

I usually take mine right after i eat...I will get Flax Oil but i just wanna finish the free bottle of the Fish Oils..

Today i did Back/Shoulders....
Everything went good...And i felt great...
Dont have weights again because of lifting at school.... This morning when i woke up i took the XC4 and i was definately ready to go workout 30mins later..I got a nice full fealing in the back and traps...

Today was an off day as will be tomorrow and Friday...
I have a Game tomorrow so thats the main reason...I planned my Workout scheduale around my game schedule as well as i could..I usually like to work out 5X a week but i could only do 4 this time...
The only thing i dont like about being in football is that during our athletic period (4th) of 7.. We will sometimes go lift for 45-50mins on the Coaches wrokout plan..And i really have no choice but to do them and i never know what it will be...I hate it but i kinda have no choice..I just go real light and kinda i gues you would say "streatch" the muscles after lifting..And just to let you know i lift in the morning before school...
Well..I will be back at it on Sat.

Hey Shutta-Just started reading your posts, really wanted to encourage you, you have a great work ethic towards working out. You certainly have a lot more knowledge than what I did at your age. I really hope you have some fantastic results with all the hard work you are putting in. I can really sense your passion as I read your posts.
Believe it or not, you are helping me to keep that focus and remain working hard, as I have read your post. Good work champion!!

I couldnt have done any of this without the help of all of you..So yet again i thank you...Tomorrow i will be doing chest again and i will have weights..So hopefully i will have some strength gains already..I cant wait!

Today i did chest again...Its been a week since i started the XC4..
I got a great full feeling.. and i am noticeing alot more vascularity in the arms and a little in the chest..

I need to go weight shopping..I need some inbetween weights i need some 45's and 25's and 30's i have everything else already..
I definately had more strength
i am happy but my workout was cut a little short due to a little family issue..
But overall it was good..Especially with increased weight..
Also I noticed that at my last football game i had experienced something i never have before...
I got short bursts of evergy that lasted for about 30sec. long..I had a couple of them and they were different...I mean i know what a adrenelen rush is like but this was definately different..Mabve its the XC4?? I am not sure but if i expereience it the next game i guess it is due to that..
also we won 34-14

Also i fogot to add that i have sent 2 emails to German American Tech. (GAT) to see if i could get a represenitive to come on here and help with the progress of the XC4 and answer any questions any of you might have on their products...That was a week ago and i havent recieved a email back yet..i sent another one last night...
we will have to wait and see i guess....

Todya went good it would have been great but i could not get my triceps as tired as i would of like too..It seemed no matter how hard i worked them they just didnt get the full effect..Mabye i need more weight?? I will change the workout a little bit next time I need to make them things burn but they just wouldnt today...
I am definately getting stronger i can feel it... Likeing it so far...

Back/Shoulders
dont have weights but it was as good workout...
My focus is great and i have more energy....Pumps are still good as usual..
I noticed that my arms are bigger and i have a defiante change in the mirror! i am happy..My family sees it too so i know its not just mental...
My elbows (the tendonds coming form them) are really sore from the workout yesterday and they have a little sweeling going on...But its not real bad i just never really experienced it before....
I am now takeing Flax Oil and i dont really miss the fish burps at all!! LOL
Tomorrow i go to the Sports Doctor for my anle...I will prolly have to lay off the lowerbody workouts for a week or 2 but i think it will be alright.. I have a sist on my Achelese that will hvae to be sucked out and then see what kind of damage is done to my ankle and tendons themselves....
I will let everyone know how it goes....

good luck with the ankle man. just a suggestion on the triceps. i get a better workout for them when i do compound excercises so i can use heavier weight. my three favorite exc. are close grip, and reverse grip bench, and dips. i get a great burn from dips even when i bend a little which is suppose to work your chest more, but i try to stay strait up and and down. just a trial and error thing to see what works best for you, just thought i would throw my 2 cents in.

I will try the close and reverse grip....For some reason when i do dips i always work my chest..I have tried many different ways and it still works my chest so i dont really do them...

I think you could benefit from adding 2 sets to bis and alot to tris
I usually hit bis with 9 sets, and hit tris with 11 total sets

There is the link to a diagram of an ankle... I have a injured left ankle and this is a right but it wont make any difference...
Now i have circled the parts that are injured... All of the parts i have injured have Tendonitous...And some are still torn (some worse than others)
The Dr. put me on a Antiinflamitory...I will post the name of it later i am getting it filled right now...
So that is the story..I am in a boot for atleast 3 weeks..I can still play football but when i am done practiceing and playing i have to put the boot back on...
I wont work out today.. But tomorrow i will be back at it!

sorry about the ankle, but at least you can still play ball. i am glad you got it checked out and know what to do to let it heal. i played 2 years with a chipped bone and severly sprained and partially torn acl and mcl in my knee cuz the trainer for our team said it's nothing. well i went to the doctor after i graduated after playing for 2 more years and that is when i found out what was wrong with my knee. the doc said i could have surgery or just live with the pain when i have it, well i have to say my knee hurts pretty bad sometimes but i aint having surgery if i can help it.

I really dont plan on takeing these..Its supposedly only for Inflamation which i have VERY VERY little of... I will tkae them if it really starts to bother me and swell..I just dont like takeing these meds....

WOW was that an amazing workout..My focus was defiantely there all i was doing was pounding the weights.... my chest measured 38 3/4" when i was dont...I have lost fat around my pecks.....
My chest is SHAKEING i love it....
This was by far one of the best workouts i have EVER HAD!...I think the XC4 is really working like GAT said it would....
well tomorrow is arms..Wedg i will add alot more sets to arms and see if i like it more...
But i did run into one probelm...in my 3rd set of bech my right side of my back just crammped up bad..i got it out but it is really sore right now as i am typeing this but i am sure it will be alright..I drank 2 gals of water today not includeing the Milk w/ the protein and i ate 2 banannas so i wasnt expecting the cramp....

Today was arm day...
Went great like i said i am definately getting stronger...I did alot more sets like wedg said to and i definately have been missing out...I will do that from now on..It was amazing..The pumps are still fantastic my arms are still really really full from the workout..I am timeing to see how long the pump will last (i will reply later for that)
my bi's and tri's are just bumpin right now..Definately tired...its hard for me to type correctly cuz they are tired...
Well i love it so far..I am getting more definition..My mom can see it and my dad has mentioned it to me..So have some of the guys on the FBall team..So i know somethings working...
I cant wait to compare it to another type CEE...So far theonly other one i have tried is E2 Matrix...Want some green bulge later....
Well as of right now i would reccomend this to anyone looking for a good CEE...
so far its more than what i expected it to be...

Well guys yet again i lied didnt lift (you all probably think i am slacking but i'm not..Remeber i cant really do legs so its another off day..)
This morning i had to take my brothers to school..(no ifs ands or buts) Dads orders...had fball after school and ran out of time..
but tomorrow I WILL lift... I'll of course let everyone know how it goes..
I did notice some wierd things over the past 3days though..
It was alot worse today than it ever had been and i never experience this before..
I will get a warm tingling sensation over my whole body (alot in the arms) and then my Veins would just GET HUGE...thye would just explode in size..They get bigger then then they do while i work out.. I mean classmates were freakin out cuz they were huge (hulk like LOL) i too was kinda freakin out..Never had that happen but nothing bad is comming form it that i can see..and i feel fine..My arms would just get swole and tight (pump)..I just call it a "Random Pump"...they would last about 25mins and i would get them only about 2 MABYE 3 times a day...
I think it might be the Cold Fusion PM??? because when i wake up my arms and legs are pumped a little... IDK mabye it was the XC4? Mabye it was just me?
But if anyone else has experienced that please let me know...
Got another compliment today! From one of my coaches!..lol
Also i need to order more Protein so your suggestion on that is VERY welcome..i want something different now...

OHH MAN!
I woke up this morning feeling absolutely HORRIBLE....I am running a 101.8 fever sore throat and a POUNDING headache... I really dont think i will be working out today...
Didnt go to school..But i have a Dr.s appt. later... I have a Fball game tomorrow..and i am sure my coaches are gonna be freaking out...
I'll report back with the Dr.s visit...Now i am gonna go beg my mom to make me some chicken breast soup! LOL

Yea me too.... I definately wont work out tomorrow because of a Fball game...Which i am not even sure if i will be able to play because i missed 2days of prac..and being sick....But we will see how that goes...

I still feel like CRAP...this medicine was suppose to work fast..and yet i feel worse...
fever got up to 102.8 but now its at about 100....I have been drinking plenty of water/gatoraide...
I just want to get over this...I have like 6 or so days left of the XC4 and i am not able to work out...DANG!!

I will hopefully feel better tomorrow....Not sure how the Fball game went...I have that on my mind all the time now too..
Also my parents were questioning me about STEROIDS..great!.....So i had to show them that i am not on them...
I mean look at my pic in my avatar..does it look like roids!?..NO..LOL...

Well i am done with my XC4..Unfortuneatley i had a ankle injury and was sick the last week of use and wasnt able to work out...I was only able to work my legs a couple of times..
here are the stats
175lbs (+3)
bench- 225 (+10)
Squat- ??? cant do it
bi (unflexed)- 12 3/4 (+1/2)
waist- 33 1/4 (-1/4)
chest- 38 (+1/2)
Calf- 16 1/2 (0)
Neck- 15 (-1/2)???Fat?
BF%- 11 (-2)
Well there it is...I really enjoyed this..I worked...Great pumps and muscle recovery..I would suggest this product to people...
Well this is short because of the hurricane i have alot of stuff to do...
I am not sure what i will do next...What do you guys think? what CEE should i try now?
