Hey guys I just looked at Old Schools routines on ABC***************** and thought they were great. The thing its so intense I don’t know if I should pair up muscle groups or just do 1 per day. I want to go 3-4 days a week. So can I do Chest Back on one day and Biceps Forearms and Triceps on another and Shoulders Traps and Legs on the other? I don’t wanna overtrain though. I don’t know help me out. Here are the routines. What can I stack with what?

is it possible to go 5 days a week instead of 4? I think you'd greatly benefit from it

I wish I could, but from serving at a resturaunt trying to pay craps of bills to school...4 is probably the most. I might be able to do 5, but it wouldnt be the same day every week it might be off a day or so is that ok?

you could just cycle them and skip when you have to...you could always just try the 4...

SUN - Bis/Tris
MON - off
TUE - Chest
WED - Legs
THU - off
FRI - Back/Shoulders/Traps
SAT - off

or 5:

SUN - Bis/Tris
MON - Legs
TUE - Chest
WED - off
THU - Back
FRI - Shoulders/Traps
SAT - off

thanks man, I think what I will do is do that 4 day. If I have to miss a day ill just move that muscle over a day the next week and try to bring it back to normal after that?

exactly. Should be pretty good, let me know. The back routine looks GREAT but I think the biceps routine is too high volume

I did the shoulder routine. It felt great. Today I did the biceps routine minus the high cable curls. And instead of doing Cable 21's I did straightbar 21's because I couldnt go to the gym today. My arms were on fire. I just hope It dont overtrain me or anything.
