got a sample or three of this at vitamin shoppe, got to admit i was impressed enough to think about buying some. anyone else tried this stuff?

I alternate between Fast Twitch and Ragarnok. Both GREAT supplements, and cost-effective :cool: What flavor did you get though? The punch flavor taste like cough syrup, go grape is the best!

all they had was the fruit punch in samples, i had to add extra water to tame the taste. thanks for the heads up on grape. i like rag too, but i think fast twitch packs more punch-pun intended.:D

I prefer Fast Twitch over many prework outs , including smash, no xplode ..
One tub lasts awhile too.!!

you got that right. 1 scoop is plenty for me, at that rate a jug is going to last a long time. just ordered some grape.

Grape is the only flavor i've tried- its very good.
Cyto does'nt have any reps here or anywhere as far as i know but if the did it would probably be ALOT more popular. It is a very underused and underated product. Enjoy;)

talking about endurance, i tried mixing 1 scoop of fast twitch with 2 scoops of a ba/cm product called swell. very compatable, nice synergy.

the old stuff you could take was 1-3 scoops... the one I bought yesterday says 1 scoop they must have made some changes... going with 1 scoop.... this sucker should last....

1 scoop has 200mg of caffeine in it.

That means three scoops has 600mg of caffeine. Thats about a solid 5 to 6 cups of coffee's worth of caffeine. Thats a shitload in one sitting, and probably the reason you should only take one scoop haha.

Also, for comparison. Red bull has 80 mg per serving. that means three scoops of this stuff is about 7 red bulls? man thats nuts.

Red bull is dangerous... something in that drink has nasty side effects. I swear I get migranes from drinking so much of it in college.

i would say they must have made some changes, 1 scoop of the version thats out now is real good. and yeah this is a real bargain, a tub of this is going to last a long time.:D

Based on the sample, Fast Twitch rivals TRAC Extreme NO and SuperPump which I thought both were excellent supplements. Fast Twitch outperforms RPM and NanoVapor, both of which are mediocre products IMO.

I may consider picking up a tub of Fast Twitch based on the positive experience with the sample. I'm pretty picky and wouldn't give a good review if the product didn't truely rock! :)

i concur! fast twitch is cheaper too. my tub will last a long time.
