As you can see, the list of ingredients are exactly the same, both in contents and sequence. But, Aspire36 has 725mg of the proprietary blend while Aspire Lite has 715mg. Somehow, 10mg doesn't seem like very much. So, I have to ask, what is the difference?

Ill get back to you next week on this. I beleive that it is because it has 45% of one of the actives in it, even though its only a 10mg difference.

The difference this:

Aspire Lite is 45% as strong as the regular Aspire. Even though there is a lot less of the extract in there, the liquid has to be the same for other reasons ---> hence the very small mg difference.

Ok cool, thank you blackjack.

One more question, I understand that both men and women can take "Lite," it just doesn't last as long for men as "36" (correct me if I am wrong here).

Why, then, is Aspire 36 not recommended for women? What would happen if a woman did take Aspire36?

Thanks again for your responses, everyone.

Nothing bad would neccessarily happen if a woman took it, but some men got some sides they didnt like (headache, stuffy nose feeling). Since men can usually handle larger doses, obviously a woman taking the same supp might prove to be too much for them. Im sure you get the point from there.
