Hahahaha, man you crack me up.
Well, you know you gotta do what you gotta do...
THe bad thing is with my job I have to travel from time to time. And some times it is short notice... I wish I could give more details but I can't.
And it is pretty hard to get REALLY good work outs and meals when your on the road for a short periods of time. Sure I can order as wisely as possible at meals and get some exercise. But its just not the same as having access to a kitchen and a real gym...

Ok so it begins.
Here is the basic game plan for the workouts:
Mon to Friday:
Mon - chest/back/abs
Tues - legs maybe some light cardio
wed - Abs (intense)/calves/some cardio
thurs - delts/traps
frid - arms/abs/ maybe some calves and cardio
All workouts will be slightly lighter lbs over all. This will be in order to keep rest periods down. Will work oposing muscle groups in super sets, and if abs are to be done on that day it will be a tri set.
Example:
decline press into bent over rows into leg lifts.
I will toss two or three fairly heavy sets into each workout. And the lbs will be respectable, but just not a mass style workout.
Here is a rought sample of a typical day:
5am: 2 scoops whey in water
8am: One can of tuna, apple and a few almonds
11:30 am: 8oz of plain (very lean) ground beef, turky, chicken or fish, a banana, MAYBE a 1/4 cup of brown rice or 1/2 peanut butter sando on whole wheat.
2:45pm 4oz of chicken breast, one small can of grean beans
work out
post work out shake: creatine, hydrolized whey (2 scoops), waxi
8:00pm 8 oz of lean chicken, fish, or beef, and a green veggie
Will be around 2500 calories, 210 grams of protien and trace carbs. Once or twice a week I will have a higher carb meal. More if I feal like I really need it.
Supps:
4:30 am: 2 leviathan
5:00 am: 1 vita b cap, one fish oil, one sesamin, degestive enzymes
8:00 am: CoQ10, one fish oil, degestive enzymes
10:30 am: 2 leviathan
2:45 am: 1 vita b cap, one fish oil, one sesamin, degestive enzymes
pre work out shake: (I like the bodywell so much I ordered more, and some BCAAs)
8:00pm : 1 vita b cap, one fish oil, one sesamin, degestive enzymes
Starting weight: 213.5
goal to lose about 4 or 5 lbs and maintain as much muscle as possible
HERE WE GO!!!

Day 1:
Well getting out of bed was pretty easy. I took Wedgxy advice on taking the reloaded and going back to bed. 30 min later when the alarm went off I was able to get out of bed with ease.
Absolutely no jitters with this stuff. I have tried TONS of different stims and this was actually pretty mild in the speed/buzz department. To me this is a good thing. I can't stand stims that make me feal all wacky.
Anyway I didn't get a crash either, this is another major plus.
I had a good work out. I will not detail every exercise, but I did about 40 sets (chest, back and abs) in well under an hour.
I was not dripping with sweat but I definately got my heart rate moving.
Hopefully things continue to go well!

Another awsome workout today!!!
Calves and abs and a little light cardio.
Pumped the calves BIG time and slammed the abs.
Diet has been REALLY clean with virtually no carbs. I think I will have a few carbs tonight or tomorrow. I was feeling really sluggish today, thinking it was lack of carbs.
I will weigh in first thing in the AM.

Well the scale says 212 today...
I feel a little tighter but it has only been 4 days.
Granted I have been busting my @ss working out and eating really well.... SO maybe it is legit.

Man had a great first week on this product.
Well my body weight has DEFINATELY GONE DOWN. But I have not lost any strength.
I am down to 209. Definately feel like I am leaning out.
I still have a ways to go, but I feel like I am getting there.
Today was the first day that I kinda got the stim feeling but it only lasted for about an hour.

Ok a great workout today. Was back and chest.
Did about 15 sets of each.
Diet slipped a little yesterday and today but not horrible.
Over all I am definately getting more cut up in my legs and arms. Strength actually seems to be going up a little bit.
Still not getting a great cut in my stomach. But it will get there.
Todays weight was 209.2. But I am pretty sure the extra 1/2 pound is water weight.

Ok man today was a KILLER leg workout.
Alternated between quads and hams.
I add a hamstring exercise that i have not done for a long time. The kind where you kneel and hook you ankles under something sturdy. Then you lean forward and then come back to an upright posistion. KILLS the hams.
Anyway here was the workout:
squats->leaning hams
135lbs x 15 -> 10 reps
185lbs x 12 -> 10 reps
225lbs x 12 -> 10 reps
275lbs x 9 -> 10 reps
225lbs x 12 -> 10 reps
sissy squats (with 25lbs plate) into leg curls:
10 reps -> 75lbs one leg at a time x 10
10 reps -> 75lbs one leg at a time x 10
10 reps -> 75lbs one leg at a time x 10
10 reps -> 75lbs one leg at a time x 10
leg extensions
95lbs x 12
105lbs x 10 -> into 75lbs leg curls x 8
115lbs x 10
105lbs x 10 -> into 75lbs leg curls x 8
Very little if any rest between sets. Killer pumps, heart reat was really up.
Diet was good today.
Weight in at 207.75. So weight is going down pretty steady. Stomach feeling tighter and tighter.
Man I am really loving this suppliment!

Well sorry for the lack of updates for the last few days. Been hella busy with the holidays.
Anyway still doing pretty good.
Been busting my tail in the gym and eating as good as humanly possible considering the time of year.
Been hovering right around the 206lbs mark. Hope to know a few more lbs off before this is all over.
I must say considering the time of year and all the parties and fattening food around this product is really holding its own. I would consider the fact that one can loose weight even in the presence of tons of junk food a real testament to the power of this product.

Ok getting to the end of the rope here.
Got down to 205.4...
Not the best but not bad considering it was murder to be good over the holidays. But like I said this stuff works.
I just ordered a second bottle. GOing to take a week or so off at the end of this bottle then run it again.
This time with more cardio with even a more strick diet.

I think highlighted post would have helped you more to begin with;) , but looks like things went well. NOt a bad idea to take a week off either. Make sure you keep us updated with that second bottle. Again, good job!

Well I want to say thanks to Palo for letting me try this product.
Leviathan and Paravol are two of the best products I have used. I definately will use both again ( I actually have leviathan on the way and a bottle of paravol for after my next cycle).
This was a tuff time of year to try to go on a cutting routine. That being said I am VERY PLEASED with this product and the results I got.
THis product never made me feel like the old school diet/weight loss pills. They always made me feel jittery and not pleasant. Plus I never had sleep issues with this stuff. Finally I never really crashed while on it. Over all just good working supp.
