We're definitely going to need some photos of her to properly assess the situation and get a better idea of what we are working with. Thank you for your cooperation...

Lot of the same goes for chicks.
Maybe some creatine/Protien/Weight gainer/a good diet and weight training..

I assume she is looking to add muscle right lol... otherwise i'd say soulfood.

Yeah, where is she looking to add size? What does her diet look like? Explain normal workout habits. Age?

Agreed, any girl with a nice ass is always good.
But I agree with nilla, stick with the basics.

she is 22. she works full time. she wants to add size all around, where ever she can. diet is pretty clean except for the junk food every once in a while.

Honestly I wouldn't go to supplements.. I would say shes just gotta start eating more, the supplements aren't going to do much for her. Get her going with a lifting routine.

I would agree to stick with protein. Try to up her protein intake and get her training and diet down. Then maybe add some creatine in down the line.

I would for sure say a Protien supp/Meal replacement if she dosent want to eat allot "not instead" and a creatine, plus a good Multi.
Diet/weight training is the MOST important thing though.
Good carb sources such as rice, oatmeal, yams, whole grain pasta.
Protien rich foods such as fish, chicken, dairy, egg whites, soy "which is great for women".
Five grams creatine daily.
Just my thoughts.

Nilla has the right idea. The only thing I would add here is rest at least 8 hours sleep a night. So you keep your hands to yourself young man!!! ;) :D

get ACES, not the multi, a lot gets blocked w/ a multi...
I wouldn't do soy for a woman either, its still not good for them either
