Okay... Here we go. Abs are something that everyone has, but depending on how muscular they are, it shows on different people at different levels of body fat. During competition this year, I was almost 6% before I had a definate, ripped six pack. I've started eating and changed my rountine for abs in the last two weeks, and I still have incredible abs even at 10% bf. Try to work, and get them a little bit bigger. I do hanging leg raises with a 25lb dumbbell between my feet every day for two sets of 20. I have NEVER been so happy with my abs.

You hang from the two arm harnesses and curl your legs toward your chest without swinging. Try it without the weights first though. It will tear your abs to pieces the first time you do it.

3 sets of crunches with your legs in the standard position
2 sets of crunches with your legs to the right
2 sets of crunches with your legs to the left
3 sets of lying leg lifts

Good advice. Floor crunches are just the great basics. It's kinda like squats for your abs :)
