To all my breatheren:

THANKS!!!!

Well today was day one of the bodywell. Took a dose pre and post workout.

Todays workout was chest/detls/tris and almost all exercises were bi and tri sets (example):

incline dumbell fly->cable cross->pull overs

I really hit triceps hard so we will see how sore they are tomorrow.

Don't have much else to report.

ROCK ON WITH YOUR BAD SELF!!!

LivenLarge
November 19th, 2007, 05:52 PM
oh I do want to make a couple of initial comments:

1) I really like the pre measured serverings of this stuff. IT makes it very easy to take.

2) The body well mixed almost instantly with water, which is another big plus.

3) the taste was pretty easy on the taste buds. I had the orange flavor and it went down pretty easy.

LivenLarge
November 19th, 2007, 06:07 PM
And yet another thing I will make a note of.

I am currently cramming for a big test I have to take, so I will be very interested to see if there is any added mental focus from FIRST ORDER!

Going to do a pre and post workout dosing of the Bodywell then hit legs in just a bit!!!

How did the leg day go?

LivenLarge
November 25th, 2007, 08:54 AM
Sorry for the lack of updates, man things have been to crazy. BUT I PROMISE NO MORE EXCUSES.

Legs went really well. I dosed the bodywell before and after workout. Here are the numbers:

squat 135 x 12
205 x 10
255 x 7
275 x 6
185 x 10->leg ext 95lbs x 12 one leg at a time (superset)
155 x 10->leg ext 95lbs x 12 one leg at a time (superset)
135 x 15->leg ext 95lbs x 12 one leg at a time (superset)
leg ext 115lbs x 12 one leg at a time (superset)

barbell calf raisers->leg curls->calf raisers
135lbs x 10->75lbs x 8 (one leg at a time)->135lbs x 10
145lbs x 10->75lbs x 8 (one leg at a time)->145lbs x 10
155lbs x 10->75lbs x 8 (one leg at a time)->165lbs x 7
175lbs x 10->75lbs x 8 (one leg at a time)->185lbs x 10
135lbs x 10->75lbs x 8 (one leg at a time)->135lbs x 10

I got a decent burn during the workout, but not feeling to bad today. Legs is one of the only workouts that I usually "feel" the next day. And this last legs workout was a decent one, but I am feeling pretty good today. Now the poundage was not super high, but lots of super sets with little to no rest.

I think I got my first body flush effect from this supplement yesterday. After the post workout dosing (a little over an hour). Just a mild warm tingle feeling. Didn't last real long.

I am not really satisfied with this work out plan anymore... Granted I did say that my leg days are usually pretty good. I think I am going to go to a 5 on 2 off split. Allowing me to do a few more sets per body part with longer rest.

Comments?

I suggest you try this below. It worked very well for me during my pro years.

Training

Mon- Chest
Tues- Quads-Hams
Wed-rest
Thurs- Shoulders
Friday- Back
Sat-Bis-tris

Remember..the harder you train the more rest and recover time the body needs.

Nutrition:

Take your with and multiply by 1.5 for your protein and carb count. This might not be a steady carb count but it will help you estimate where you need to be.

my 2 cents...

Ya that is kind of what I was thinking about switching to.

But I was thinking about doing back on the same day as chest, and not taking wed off. Then taking sat and sun off...

What do you think?

I wouldn't train 2 big bodyparts the same day. If you want to take the weekend off try this.

Mon- Chest-Bis
Tue- Quads-Hams
Wed-Rest
Thur- Shoulders
Fri- Back-tris

Ok first things first, THANKS for the suggestions.

Second, I am getting the needed calories so that is not a problem, but thanks once again for advice on that one.

Third,

I was trying to do that oposing muslce thing, example:

bis <-> tris
back <-> chest
quads <-> hams

I was under the impression that this was a wise thing to do.

Fourth,

were would you add calves and abs. For me I need to hit them both more often to get anything accomplished.

T=shoulders
W=off
T=chest and triceps
F=legs
S&S=off
just my two cents..... i went from a 5 on 2 off program of chest, shoulders,arms, back, legs and off on sat and sun.... opps plus the 5 days a week of Army PT in the mornings

well I guess some folks don't think this is such a good plan...

But I really thought a few folks thought it was not such a bad idea...

I am going to try it just for a few weeks and see what happens.

Please don't flame me to bad. I have tried so many splits over the years, and I really want to try this one.

Today will be chest and back with some abs.

Thanks brother.

Well I feel like I might be getting sick....

BUT, this was a great workout!!!!

The body well seemed to give me a pretty good amount of energy!

Ok here were the numbers:

decline barbell press into barbell bent over row:

135x12 ->125x12
185x11->145x12
205x10->165x11
225x9->185x10

incline dumbell fly into pull ups

60lbsx12 ->10 reps
60lbsx11 ->11 reps
60lbsx11-> 11 reps
60lbsx10-> 10 reps

one arm dumbell row into pull over
75lbs x 12 -> 75lbs x 10
75lbs x 12 -> 75lbs x 10
75lbs x 12 -> 75lbs x 10
75lbs x 12 -> 75lbs x 10

Ok, the numbers were not that high, but the PUMP was insane. And my heart rate was rocken!!!

I think I am going to try to keep with this plan and see what happens.

I wanted to add one more set of chest and back, but like I said I think I might be getting sick...

OH YA THE FRUIT PUNCH IS PRETTY GOOD!!! And, I have said it once but I will say it again, this stuff mixes so easily.

I dosed once pre and post workout.

Right on bro... I have been lifting really heavy (for me anyway) for about 2 or 3 months. So I am switching it up for a whijle. For a few weeks I am focusing more on super strict form and higher reps. This totally paid off from yesterdays work out. For the first time in a while I was pretty sore this morning!!!

Today was legs (just hams and quads, and all associated muslces)

squats (going SUPER LOW, exploding up)

135 x 12
185 x 12
205 x 11
245 x 10

sissy squats into leg curls, I don't know who decided to call sissy squats sissy squats, BUT MAN THES THINGS WORK!!!!. Man I have never done them, but they will definately be part of future workouts:

sissy with 25lbs plate x 12 into 75lbs x 8 (one leg at time)
sissy with 25lbs plate x 12 into 80lbs x 8 (one leg at time)
sissy with 25lbs plate x 12 into 85lbs x 8 (one leg at time)
sissy with 25lbs plate x 12 into 75lbs x 8 (one leg at time)

leg extension into leg curls

90lbs x 15 (one leg at a time) -> 75lbs x 6
95lbs x 15 (one leg at a time) -> 75lbs x 6
100lbs x 15 (one leg at a time) -> 75lbs x 6
105lbs x 15 (one leg at a time) -> 75lbs x 6

Man this was one of the best pumps I have had on legs in a LONG time.

Also tried the lemon flavor bodywell today... Probaby my least favorite flavor. Not bad, just prefer the other flavors.

Had very good concentration, EXCELLENT pumps.

Thanks bro.

man on my last cycle I set so many personal strength records for myself... Didn't get 300 on bench but darn close (280lbs x 4)...

But going heavy for months kinds takes its toll on your body...

So I am going to go high reps lower weights for a while. Then going to bounce back and forth between high reps/lighter weights to heavy/low reps...

Today was calves, and abs. It wasn't the most heart pumping working out I was really focused.

I am pretty sure my abs will be sore tomorrow.

12 sets of calves and 12 sets of abs.

I did the lemon flavor again today... I think it is growing on me.

Fellas today was a GREAT WORK OUT!!!!

Really focused, and I felt like I had a boost of energy. NOt like being on a stim, just good clean energy!!!!

Did delts and traps:

Dumbell military into barbell shrug

40lbs x 15
45lbx x 12 ->135lbs x 15
50lbs x 10 ->155lbs x 12
50lbs x 10 ->155lbs x 12

upright row into barbell shrug

95lbs x 12 -> 175lbs x 12
105lbs x 12 ->175lbs x 12
105lbs x 12 -> 135lbs x 12
105lbs x 12 -> 135lbs x 12

rear delt raises

20lbs x 12
20lbs x 12
20lbs x 12
20lbs x 12

PERFECT FORM and one heck of a pump from all movements. Next week I will add a few more sets.

I know some folks are not big fans of my current split, especially Mr. Mentis... But it really seems to be working for me.

This is not meant to be a dig on Mr. Mentis, I have the utmost respect for him. But this split has been letting me really focus on each muscle group. My legs are still sore from tues, and abs are still sore from yesterday!!!

Thanks fellas....

Well I am getting close to running out of this great product, but I will definately get more.

Here is a the bummer, I am getting totally sick. The wife was sick all week and I finally cuaght it... But I still powered through a workout today.

Arms day:

close grip bench into ez bar curls:

135lbs x 15 -> 75lbs x 15
155lbs x 12 -> 85lbs x 12
175lbs x 12 -> 95lbs x 12
135lbs x 15 -> 95lbs x 12

I had to go some what light on the close grip bench because it was bothering my shoulder/right pec.

cable tricep push downs -> dumbell preachers

75lbs x 12 -> 25lbs x 12
85lbs x 12 -> 30lbs x 10
95lbs x 10 -> 35lbx x 10
105lbx x 10 -> 30lbs x 10

rope push down into superset dumbell concentration into light ez curl bar rep out

55lbs x 12 -> 25lbs x 8 -> 75lbs x 6
60lbx x 10 -> 30lbx x 8 -> 75lbx x 6
65lbs x 11 -> 350bs x 8 -> 75lbs x 6

Like I mentioned I am really feeling pretty run down, but I do think the bodywell gave me the boost I needed to get through the work out. Hopefully over the next couple of weeks, I can get another router of double sets in. And maybe up the #s more.

Overall this new split seems to be working. At least for now.

Well didn't really feel very good today, but I tuffed it out.

chest and back:

decline/bent over barbell row

135lbs x 12 -> 125lbs x 12
155lbs x 12 -> 145lbs x 12
175lbs x 12 -> 165lbs x 12
195lsb x 10 -> 185lbs x 12
210lbs x 8 -> 200 lbs x 10

lat pull to top of chest, incline fly

100lbs x 15 -> 55lbs x 12
120lbs x 12 -> 55lbs x 12
140lbx x 10 -> 55lbs x 10
160lbs x 8
120lbx x 10

20 pushups in slow motion

bent arm pull overs -> front laterals (with out letting go of bar, just adjusting body posistion)

65lbs x 12 -> 65lbs x 12
65lbs x 12 -> 65lbs x 12
65lbs x 12 -> 65lbs x 12

Well this is as good as I could do still being pretty sick, that and my damn shoulder is acting up. I think the incline presses are not good for my shoulder...

But still, the bodywell is treating me very good. Still think I like fruit punch flavor the best.

Good concentration and enough of a boost to get through the workout.

Well another good workout. Definately feeling better, and I really had a good workout. Once again not super high numbers, but hell of a pump and heart rate going. I didn't have much time to work out tonight so I did tri sets. Legs, and each set was one set of quads, hams and calves. Then a break and a then do it all again. This worked very WELL!!!!

Squats->straigh leg dead->one leg calf raiser on stair with dumbell:

135 (going all the way down) x 15->125 x 15->40lbs x 12 each leg
185 (going all the way down) x 12->125 x 15->40lbs x 12 each leg
215 (going all the way down) x 10->125 x 15->40lbs x 12 each leg
235 (going all the way down) x 8->125 x 15->40lbs x 12 each leg

sissy squat->leg curl one leg at a time->barbell calf raiser
25lbs plate on chest x 10->70lbs x 8->135lbs x 12
25lbs plate on chest x 10->70lbs x 8->155lbs x 12
25lbs plate on chest x 10->70lbs x 8->175lbs x 12
25lbs plate on chest x 10->70lbs x 8->185lbs x 12

Leg extensions->barbell calf raiser->one leg calf raiser burnout
105lbs (one leg at a time) x 10->135lbs x 10->6 x body weight
105lbs (one leg at a time) x 10->135lbs x 10->6 x body weight
105lbs (one leg at a time) x 10->135lbs x 10->6 x body weight

Did this entire work out in about 45 minutes. This to me is a true testiment to how well body well really works. I am not 100% well, but feeling much better. And like I said before this supplement gives me a good amount of focus and a good energy boost with out going over the top.

I agree 100%!!!

Well I have had two more great work outs. Yesterday and today were both outstanding.

I am loving my new work out approach and loving the bodywell.

I am not trying to make this stuff sound like the next thing to sliced bread. But I really think that it gave me a boost while working out!!!

LivenLarge
December 10th, 2007, 07:35 PM
Ok sorry I didn't update for a few days but I have been super busy.

I have one day of bodywell left.

NOT TO WORRY I ALREADY ORDERED MORE.

I didn't realize how much this stuff was really helping my recovery. I have been blasting my muscles and I really feal like this stuff has made recovery better.

I am still sore for a few days, but workouts that normally cripple my legs are just not as bad. The work out is every bit as good, but the soreness is just not as intense for as long.

Plus I really beleive I got a little boost of energy and a good amount of focus when using this stuff.

SO like i said, this is going to be a part of my regular suppliement regimine.

THANKS BODYWELL!!!!
