well i just got mine in today and would like to thank jim and welcome him again to this forum this product really interests me because i am an endurance athlete not only am a bodybuilder i strive on being in great overall cardiovascular and physical condition so u see where jumped on the oppurtunity to try this product for 30 days... i will be giving it an overall review and daily review i know my body very well and can tell if this product is making a difference or if its not...
well today i mixed the fruit punch flavor with 10 oz of water 15 minutes before i hit the gym and it mixes great no clumping or nothing one of the better mixing product i have tried..also enjoyed the taste which doesnt matter to me but is a plus
i started off doing a 45 minute run for about 6 1/2 miles...it was smooth throughout which usually isnt the case for me the first 15 minutes of my runs are usually a big mental battle and some calf soreness until i reach my peak and its like im running on air so i defintately can say it helped in that aspect now moving on...
i hit my biceps/triceps /abs after the run
BICEPS:
One arm cable curls
Incline db curls
Close grip chin ups
TRICEPS
French presses
REVERSE GRIP PULLDOWNS
ABS
Hammer strength ab crunches
Weighted decline crunches
1 arm cable curls : 4 sets
1st set 80 lbs (each arm) for 11 reps
2nd set 80 lbs for 10 reps
3rd set 90 lbs for 6 reps ( i followed this with a drop set)
4th set 60 lbs for 12 reps
French presses: 4 sets
1st set 35 lb plates on each side for 13 reps
2nd set 45 lb plates on each side for 9 reps
3rd set 45 lb plates + 10 each side for 7 reps ( drop set following)
4th set 35 lb plates on each side for 10 reps
HS AB CRUNCHES : 4 sets
1st set 80 lbs for 20 reps
2nd set 100 lbs for 15 reps
3rd set 100 lbs 15 reps
4th set 120 lbs for 11 reps
reverse grip pulldowns: 4 sets
1st set 110 lbs 16 reps
2nd set 150 lbs for 10 reps
3rd set 150 lbs for 9 reps( dropset)
4th set 100 lbs 13 reps
INcline db curls : 4 sets
1st set 40 lb db's for 15 reps
2nd set 55 lb db's for 10 reps
3rd set 55 lb db's for 8 reps ( dropset)
4th set 35 lb db's for 12 reps
Close grip chin ups( i focused on pulling my body up as far as i could ..midchest level with a slow range of motion)
3 sets
1st set bw for 10 reps
2nd set bw for 10 reps
3rd set bw for 7 reps
Weighted decline crunches : 3 sets
1st set 45 lb plate for 13 reps
2nd set 45 lb plate for 12 reps
3rd set 45 lb plate for 9 reps
overall i did all of this with little rest between setsabout 20 to 40 seconds between sets
i could already feel the endurance from the product here as well going hard and little rest between sets usually take a bit longer between sets and usually never do cardio before i lift after day one i can tell this product is solid hope everyone has a great night :D

today was just cardio i tried the orange flavor wasnt bad prefer the fruit punch though ;)
i did about 3.16 miles in 19:12 seconds got interupted though had to run to the toilet lol but when i came back i did i did another 10 minutes for about 1.60 miles .. followed that with 10 minutes on eliptical and 15 minutes slow speed/high incline walk
again im pretty impressed with the product i felt i coulda did cardio forever tomorrow is chest day and im doing 2 cardio workouts as well so ill be putting it to the test :D

hey guys just got back from gym as i said i did cardio twice and hit the chest up today.. in the morning i did my chest /cardio
flatbench db presses
incline db presses
incline db flies
i kept wakin up all night every few hours felt sluggish but managed a decent workout none-the-less kept my reps in the 5 to 7 range
FLATBENCH DB PRESSES: 3 sets
1st set 85 lb db's 7 reps
2nd set 85 lb db's 7 reps
3rd set 90 lb db's 5 reps
Incline db presses: 3 sets
1st set 70 lb db's 7 reps
2nd set 75 lb db's 6 reps
3rd set 80 lb db's 5 reps
Incline bench flies : 4 sets
1st set 55 lb db's 7 reps
2nd set 55 db 's 7 reps
3rd set 60 lb db's 5 reps
4th set(dropset) 45 lb db's 10 reps ( ok i did one set a bit more lol)
now onto cardio i did a short sprint and a 30 minute run
2 miles in about 11: 21 seconds ( took about 3 to 5 minute break )
following that i did 30 minute 4.28 mile run
about 4 hours later went back for another go :)
32 minute run did about 4.47 miles
now i tried the lemon flavor today did them both before each session and lemon is pretty good as far as the taste goes and it just feels like i can keep going forever .. im definately feeling the effects of the rhodiola rosea so far im impressed with the product AGAIN the delay in fatigue as it claims is being backed up !recovery wise we'll see about that :)

Great to hear. I just got back from Dallas were BodyWell was the title sponsor of the 2007 Nationals. Alot of people definitely got to enjoy First Order too.

:D cool did u check out the cowboys game as well? well i did bck and cardio today didnt record the numbers but was solid again i was a bit tired did a 20 minute sprint over 3 miles and went back later and did some short all out runs funny thing happened though i put the treadmill on 12.4 the max and was 30 seconds into my run and the thing stopped and said error on it i nearly busted my a$$ lol

did about 6 miles in 41 minutes also hit the hs ab crunch machine weighted decline crunches and weighted hanging leg raises kept my reps 15 to 25 a set
Well so far i have to say the highlight of this product for me has been the delayed fatigue u can tell the difference big time ..recovering also seems to be a f actor as i havent been terribly sore ...

well finally settled in and gonna post my workout from earlier (yes i did go tothe gym today ) lol and im glad i did i hit my biceps and triceps today
Biceps:
Standing ez bar curls(wide grip)
Single arm cable curls
Concentration curls
Triceps :
French presses
kickbacks
Reverse Concentration curls ( using cables)
Standing ez bar curls : 4 sets
1st set 45 lb plates each side for 10 reps
2nd set 50 lbs each side for 7 reps
3rd set 50 lbs each side for 7 more reps
4th set 60 lbs each side for 4 reps*** new personal record on weight and reps man i was happy and getting some stares b y a few when i loaded it up lol i was shocked after doing 3 sets i had it in me!
French presses : 3 sets
1st set 35 lb plates each side ( using ez bar) for 15 reps
2nd set 40 lbs each side for 12 reps
3rd set 40 lbs for 10 reps
Single arm cable curls : 3 sets ( alot of people bring it towards the chest /inner delt i was focusing more on bringing it to the outside of the delt i feel it hits the biceps harder)
1st set 50 lbs each side for 15 reps
2nd set 60 lbs each side 9 reps
3rd set 60 lbs for 9 more reps
Kickbacks : 3 sets ( i lay flat on bench with legs in air while doing it)
1st set 20 lbsdb's for 14 reps

Concentration curls: 3 sets ( i personally go for perfect form on this exercise)

No cardio today lol i actually gave my legs the day off it was a great workout the energy is always their with the product and im feeling more focused now feels like the mood and focus kicking in more as i use it :D
and also had about 5 to 6 k in thanksgiving turkey /cheesecake/stuffing/cookies and also some cooked ham! early morning cardio awaits me

4th set 205 lbs for 5 reps ( chest is my weakest part of my body got this bad wrist pain doing flatbench kinda sad my military presses and benchpress are practically the same lol oh well )
BB incline presses : 4 sets
1st set 155 lbs for 13 reps
2nd set 165 lbs for 11 reps
3rd set 175 lbs for 8 reps
4th set 185 lbs for 6 reps( i feel more comfortable doing incline bb actually im thinkin of working my chest around incline presses )
Pec Deck : 4 sets
1st set 205 lbs for 15 reps
2nd set 225 lbs for 12 reps
3rd set 240 lbs for 9 reps
4th set 240 lbs for 9 reps
cardio was a good one felt great did 8.24 miles in a little over 60 minutes

yeah i am liking it alot actually.. today i did cardio twice
first run was about 43 minutes 5.60 miles
second run was 4.53 miles in 30 minutes( i was pretty zoned out talking to myself and all on the treadmill lol time goes by faster when u let ur mind wonder :D )
pretty funny my legs havent really been sore and thats a good thing maybe things will change tomorrow morning lol i hope not

yes liven almost everytime i have used it i could definately tell especially in terms of how long i could go i dont usually get my "runners high" until about 3 to 4 miles into it kinda where ur legs become numb and u could go forever .. its basically smooth from start to finish while with First Order

3rd set 10 plates each side 9 reps*** new record for me on reps at that weight
I finished off with a superset of leg curls and extentions
Lying leg curls : 3 sets
1st set 120 lbs 15 reps
2nd set 140 lbs for 12reps
3rd set 150 lbs for 11 reps
Leg extentions : 3 sets
1st set 170 lbs for 16 reps
2nd set 190 lbs for 13 reps
3rd set 230 lbs for 9 reps
overall another solid workout left the gym sweating like i ran for 5 miles lol im almost finished with my samples and will give an overall review later this week when it runs out ..have a good night guys

i finished off with a 4.50 mile run in about 32 minutes even though i had trouble sleeping last night i still had a good workout im happy with it!

well did some cardio today i have one more sample packet left :( so log will be over saturday i been having trouble sleeping last 2 days but still getting pretty decent workouts
Did 45 minute run for about 6.13 miles felt a little sluggish but i still pushed myself as i always do! hope everyone haves a good night and a great weekend:cool:

cardio i did 60 minutes 7.92 miles
for abs i did
HS AB CRUNCH MACHINE
Rope crunches
Weighted hanging leg raises
HS AB CRUNCHES : 3 sets
1st set 90 lbs for 25 reps
2nd set 110 lbs for 20 reps
3rd set 130 lbs for 14 reps
Rope crunches : 3 sets( i did them knees on the ground body at an angle and slowly bringing it back up as ur body stretches it really gives ur abs a great workout)
1st set 70 lbs 20 reps
2nd set 70 lbs 20 reps
3rd set 70 lbs 20 reps
Weighted Leg Raises : 3 sets
1st set 15 lb db inbetween my feet for 15 reps
2nd set 20 lb db for 11 reps
3rd set 25 lb db for 8 reps
great workout abs felt great

1st set 75 lb db's for 14 reps
2nd set 80 lb db's 11reps
3rd set 85 lb db's 8 reps ( i got a sharp pain right after this set ..right where my palm and wrist meet)
DB Incline flyes : 3 sets
1st set 40 lb db's 15 reps
2nd set 50 lb db's for 10 reps
3rd set 55 lb db's 7 reps
CABLE Crossovers : 3 sets
1st set 50 lbs each side for 15 reps
2nd set 60 lb 's for10 reps
3rd set 70 lb's for 6 reps
Close Grip Bench Presses : 3 sets
1st set 165 lbs for 12 reps
2nd set 170 lbs for 10 reps
3rd set 180 lbs for 6 reps
Right after chest i did a 30 minute run for about 4.93 miles 4 hours later went back and did a 40 minute run for 5.56 miles
Well there is my log for First Order and to be honest its one of the best pre workout formulas i've tried ...If you're looking for a product that gives u great energy especially since it isnt loaded with caffeine or anything and u want a break from stims .. this is the product for you ... it did everything it claimed to do delaying fatigue .. training harder.. also recovery wise my legs havent really even been sore and i have been doing alot of running... i recommend everyone give this product a try u wont regret it! ... im also glad i joined the BodyWell team jimmy has got a solid product here and with others to come;) .. his company is going to have great success in the bodybuilding industry .. thanks Jimmy for letting run a log and also becoming a rep for ur company .. hope u guys enjoyed it and have a great weekend
