This goes out to see which you would prefer:
Tonalin CLA
vs.
Clarinol CLA
and why? No manufacturer, just dist.

from what I've read while researching CLA, to see any real results you would have to be taking it in doses so outrageous that it just wouldnt be cost-efficient.

I realize it and yet still swear by it as an ideal complement to any program. I have used 10-12 grams / day ---> with the Clarinol option, it would be more cost effective, yet, I think what I am looking for is if anyone is aware of % isomer concentration in that vs. the Tonalin.

When EAS changed the taste of their MRPs back in 2001, I really started to despise the taste. Have they revamped the flavors again? They seem to do this monthy now.

Eas cant seem to decide what they want to be. they want to be in the grocery stores but also in high classes supplement stores. Since Bill Phillips left there product have gone down as they are spread to thin an now they were sold to abbot labs see if that helps or hurts

From my own personal research and for anyone who may be interested, Tonalin contains a higher percentage of the c9,t11 and c10,t12 isomers.
Tonalin roughly 65-85% of the two isomers
vs.
Clarinol roughly 55-75% of the two isomers

Since the early eighties there has been a steady stream of publications, which has grown exponentially by the late nineties. CLA research began with the anti-cancer effects of CLA and soon expanded to other areas of human health. Studies are now showing that CLA may have potential in the prevention of a wide range of human medical conditions Additionally, CLA may enhance the activity of the immune system. A dedicated CLA web site from the University of Wisconsin records all CLA publications, which keeps the CLA scientific community well informed of each others work.

Wanted to add:
Clarinol may be the wiser of the two if you can find it by concentration as there are some brands that offer liquid brands at a pretty decent price.
Now, this is pretty comparable to Tonalin brand ThinFat from VPX which is sold here at DA and is actually cheaper than if you buy the pills and try and get in 10-12 grams/day. I truly think this is worthwhile, plus has the science to support - always a great combo.

There are a few companies that extract the CLA isomers from only vegetable oils - this is the source of CLA + clarinol.
Only natural sunflower and safflower oils are used. CLA with Clarinol is simply produced in a dedicated plant in Wormerveer, the Netherlands. CLA with Clarinol meets a strict set of quality and safety standards (including ISO, GMP and HACCP) resulting in a very high quality CLA.

Currently I feel the most cost-efficient brand of CLA on da right now is
Thin Fat by VPX.
$21.00 for 60 servings (240 ml / cc option) providing 4.4 g / serving is a steal!!!! It is Tonalin brand and top-notch. Throw it in your protein drink a couple times per day and it isn't as pricy as many brands are.
You can find it here

* Geesh and I hate to advertise for any one particular company. This just happens to be very cost-efficient as that was the concern of some in getting what is needed to see results.
