Hello Everyone,
I would like to start out by thanking everyone else who has posted logs and the experiences with prohormones, they have helped me a lot in the past. I thought I would try to contribute by posting a log of my current cycle.
I will be running the following cycle;
Superdrol-3 caps/day
Pheraplex-3 caps/day
Bold-5 caps/day
M1,4ADD-6 caps/day
Superdrol and Pheraplex will be for 6 weeks, Bold and M1,4ADD will be for 10 weeks. I have run 3 cycles of superdrol/pheraplex in the past with nice results, I wanted to add in the Bold and M1,4ADD this time and see how it goes. I will also be using Animal Pak multi vitamin, Horsepower pre workout shake by Universal, waximaize/glutamine/creatine monohydrate post workout shake, and anabolic xtreme perfect cycle 2 caps per day.
A little info about me: I am 5'9" 220lbs at 12% bf. my diet is clean with the occasional cheat me, maybe one per week. I am bulking right now, so my daily caloric intake is at about 5000 consisting of lean protein sources, complex carbs including veggies, and essential fatty acids. I lift 6 days per week and do 2 cardio sessions per week, usually the eliptical machine for 25 minutes.
My goal for this cycle is to put on 10-15lbs of lean muscle. I started the cycle on Monday, but my account was just activated today, so I'll post my workout info for the past few days

I usually do shrugs on shoulder day, but my traps were pretty sore still from Tuesday. No increase in stregth yet, but it usually takes about a week before I start noticing strength gains.

30mg of Phera and SD at the same time huh. Ur a freaking beast thats for sure. U got any pictures? What are u running for PCT? Good luck!!!

I haven't had any blood work in the past other than blood pressure, which is fine, I am planning on having it checked during this cycle, so I will let you know how it looks. I usually run superdrol 40mg per day and pheraplex 40mg per day, but since I'm adding in these other compounds, I decided to lower it a little. For my post cycle, I have SAN attitude, Letro, Tribex, MassFx and hyperdrol. I will try to post some pictures from the show I did in July, I weighed 194 at the time. It was my first show, so I missed the timing a little with cutting water and reloading carbs. I learned a lot though and can't wait to compete again next year.

squat 405 x 3, bench over 365 x 5, and military press over 320. That's all very impressive. You should post some pics, I bet you have one of those "tank" bodies. Very nice! However, those laterals and front raises are kinda low, ;), i'm doing 40s for lateral sides and 50-55 for front raises, and shrugs at 455 all with 10+ reps and good form. I'm just good at those bodyparts, and I suck at the rest. Anyway. those ar HUGE numbers, how old are you and how long have you trained? Do you do a bis/tris day?

I am 23 years old and have been training for 9 years total, but training seriously for 4 years. I've been recovering from tendonitis in my elbows so my bicep numbers are a bit low. Thats the reason my lateral raises and front raises are low, those put stress on that tendon and it hurts like whoa. I forgot to mention that earlier. Also, my shrug numbers were behind the back, I usually pyramid up to 585 on traditional style shrugs.

Yea, I don't know if you want feedback for the pics, but here it goes....only thing I do notice like you mention above is the bicep peak. You got good length, but the peak is missing, which looks funny compared to the big shoulders when you flex your back;). One thing that I was taught was to hold the barbell closer than shoulder width when doing curls, and not use EZ for standing close grip barbell curls. This will help peak. Got good tris, and shoulders, and very nice chest. If I were you, I wopuld hit traps, bis, lats, and legs really hard on this cycle, you could make a huge difference. I see you compete, which means you obviously realize that youhave good genetics and legs, bis, lats, and trap should not be a problem for you. Keep me posted, I'm pretty pumped! Good LUCK!!:D

Thanks for the feedback Italianguns, I have been hitting those areas very hard since the show. I have been trying to incorporate more bicep exercises that focus on the peak, and have been hitting my legs and back really hard. Thanks again!

Ok, so I decided to drop the pheraplex to keep my liver happy and to eschew jaundice. I really like the superdrol though, so I am going to stay on that at 30mg per day. Thank you for your concerns.

you have other ph's going in this cycle, so to tell you the honest truth, plex would not of done anything other than complicate your liver. It's one of those weird things, stacking plex and sd together does not improve gains, it will just give you the gains you would of gotten with one or the other. You'll be happier and save the p-plex for a bulk cycle. Good choice.:D

Yea, this is up there. LOL, i was planning this:
1-12weeks: 1,4ad bulk powder at 800mg
1-6: H-drol at 50/50/75/75/75/75
10-12: M-drol at 10/20/20
This would probably make me get a bionic liver, kidneys, and a brain:o. I dunno, maybe in the future, all I know is that if one could pull this off, we are talking about 70+ or more on bench, squat, and deadlift. The problem is the two methyls at one month apart. Anyway, this was, now that he took phera off, and still is close to my "dream cycle":D

I was really busy this weekend and yesterday, so I didn't get to post anything. Sunday is my day off from lifting so I only did cardio which consisted of 30 minutes on the eliptical machine. I can tell a difference in vascularity and have even had friends at the gym notice it as well.

My strength as well as endurance has increased a lot, usually by the 8th or 10th rep on all of these exercises, I would be really tired, and sore, but I was able to keep going. I noticed this weekend that I had some puffiness in my nipples, so I took 2 capsules of SAN attitude and that cleared it up for now. No other side effects so far.

Hello Everyone,
Sorry for the lack of updates. I just decided to wait until the end of the cycle to post my results, so here goes. Also, I did drop the pheraplex about 2 weeks into the cycle. I now weigh 230lbs, no increase in bodyfat. Strength went up substantially on everything. I am now bench pressing 405lbs x 6 reps on my last heavy set. incline press is up to 365lbs x 8 on last heavy set. Military press is 345lbs x 5. Shoulder raises are up to 60lb dumbells in each hand front and side raises, 50lbs for the rear. I'm squatting 405lbs x 8 reps on last heavy set, and curling 80lb dumbells in each hand. I didn't experience any adverse side effects. I have been in PCT now for a little over a week and still making gains. My PCT consists of Nolvadex 40mg/day, SAN attitude 2 caps per day, Mass FX 4 caps per day, and hyperdrol 4 caps per day. Thanks everyone for your input and replies. Cheers!

geeeeeeeeeeeez, unreal #'s...id be lucky to get 365 once on DECLINE...hahaha...you got a couple years on me, but regardless those numbers are just plain sick. way to go man.

Oh and you have great size, but your next contest i would recommend doing a much much longer cut, you came in really soft.

I just red the beggingin of your log and no matter how much of a beast you are.... I think by running all those phs you could be setting your self up for some very seriose problems. Good luck and i hope this will not happen!
