Measurement question

I'm looking to take 5mg of Tuarine daily with my PH cycle. I'm having issues figuring out how to measure this out.

Would a half teaspoon be about right?

5mg? Thats an insanely low dose, do you mean 500mg (or .5 gram)?

Generally, you want to be dosing ~3-5g/day while on cycle to avoid cramping

First get this right, then invest in a scale. Even though it seems that it won't be worth it to measure out your taurine, it will help in the future, I thought I was only gonna need it once and am still using my scale, it pays for itself in the long run.
