Today starts at week 1. This cycle may seem pretty random but I am interested to see the effects and results.
Sups:
Andriol - 240mg Daily
4-AD - 150mg Daily
Protein - 2x50mg Shakes one in the morning and one at night
Estrogen Reducer
Liver Flush
After a week and half I will be dropping the 4-AD and adding the 10 week elite stack from DA.com.
Hopeful results:
Lean body mass increase
Reduce body fat to 12%
Current Stats:
Arms - 17"
Stomach - 36"
Neck - 17.5"
Chest - Not measured yet.
Plan on updating daily so stay tuned!

You've obviously got your hands on some real "Andriol?" I hear that that stuff is hard to come by and that's it's amazing. I'll have to read up about it. As far as the 4-AD you're taking, are you taking the joke by AMS, or some of the good ol' stuff. Running 1 1/2 weeks of Andriol stacked with "Real" 4-AD, then jumping into the DA 10 week cycle sounds a bit wrecless and insane.
What are all of your stats? Age, Height, Weight, Bodyfat Percentage(best est.), years of lifting experience, typical daily diet, Est. Maxes, etc.

Yes the 4-AD is from AMS.. and yes it is a joke but I had a little bit lying around and was like what the hell might as well take it. I bought it thinking it was a good alternative to the 1-Andro that ErgoPharm used to sell. :(
I just got done with my first workout and I really felt a huge pump from the Andriol. I had one of the best workouts yet today. I will post my workout later I dont have my book in front of me.
My stats as of this morning:
Chest: still have not measured but I want to say 44"
Stomach: 35.5"
Bicep: 17"
Neck: 17.5"
Height: 68"
Weight: 204lbs
Age: 21
Yrs Experience: 6 (In high school was a olympic style lifter and once graduated became more of a power lifter... hard to find a gym with a hang clean rack :( )
Diet: I have never been on a strict diet. Right now I am currently deployed so my food choice is pretty much what I get served. I usually have 1 or 2 veg, some sort of meat like today was turkey, either white rice or mash potatos. Sometimes there is salad and other days there is pasta. Right now im trying to eat large meals but stay away from breads and fats. Basically anything white. I may have some potatoes of some sort though. I want to keep my calories up. I am pretty good about not snacking. I usually just eat 3 square meals a day and try to push down a good amount of water (1 to 1 1/2 gallons).
BF % is around 17%
I have read/heard that Andriol is not very strong but also heard it is very light on the liver. I have never taken Andriol though so I will find out.
One of my main goals is to drop BF# and loose some stomach fat.

i stacked ams 4-ad &their 1androsterone and went through just about 6 bottles of each.8 week cycle.i used their web site stacking chart and went from there.too much $$$!average results.man i miss ergopharm 1-ad and their older products.:( ams imo put too much hype into those 2 products.they just won most innovative new company or something to that effect.LOL.oh well,live and learn.

Lat Pull Downs (Machine) - 8x150 8x170 8x190 8x210
Tricept Machine - 12x90 12x110 12x130 12x150
Tricept Push Down (Cables) - 12x6 plates 12x7 plates 12x7 plates 12x8 plates
Tricept Superset (skull crushers) Inside Grip - 8x75 8x95 8x95
Tricept Superset (skull crushers) Outside Grip - 8x95 8x115 8x115
Push Ups - 100 total
All exercises are in sequence.
I felt very good. One of my best workouts in a while.

Day 2
Had a very good shoulder workout. The traps are getting really big.
Day 3
Curls and Back.. Got a very nice burnout on curls.
New measurements:
Neck is a solid 18 - +1/2 Inch
Bicep is 17 and a quarter - + 1/4 Inch
Chest is 46"
Weight = 208 - +4lbs
Great results so far and its only day 4!
I ran out of 4-AD which it doesnt really matter. Andriol is still at 240mg a day.
