I will again just insist you make sure it is not the meds>....

You have been on them for a month, correct?

And you just started lifting weights again?

Geesh, this is a tough spot!

oh ya. im 99.9% sure its the work outs. i have had no pain whatsoever since starting to take the meds about a month and a week ago. this soreness is only in the muscles that i worked out. in fact i can feel them twitch or spasm a little right now. but even now, today included ive had two days rest from lifting and the soreness is lessening. ive been eating lots of protein.

buy some glutamine. I've had pretty good success when it comes to healing quicker with glutamine

once you've been lifting for a while the soreness will fade out a little.

Be careful not to go too high on the isolated glutamine. It has been shown on occasion to really bloat up the intestines, provided it is pure.

Glutamine peptides may be a better option.

i have heard mixed things about glutamine, some people have told me that it doesnt work at all, others have said that it works if you take enough of it-i think over 10 grams maybe closer to 20, but not sure, and other people said they wouldnt lift without it. so i guess it just depends on you and how you respond to it

I really do notice a difference when I take glutamine. Right now I'm using glutabolic by nutrabolics. Its a glutamine malate, glutamine-akg and glutamine peptides. Does not look or taste like regular glutamine peptides, but works well.

I've been meaning to try glutamine peptides. Maybe I'll give this supplement a try.

Glutamine has never taken away ALL the soreness. I don't think I'd like that either :)
