ok boys here it is got everything i need today. my muscle milk pudding came got some bars for snacks at work. i also just took some hawthorn berry from NOW and took two. so in two weeks my cycle of hdrol will start until then and the last week i have been taking green mag and purple wrath. this will continute thru cycle and post. cycle will be hdrol with blue up and sns stack for pct. what im looking for is recomp and to get stronger. i had some great results from AX triple stack this summer, and think i am going to love hdrol. i want to get my weight up about 10 lbs and lose some fat and break the 300 bench mark and 375 squat mark so here we go. i also got a job working on a rock wall so i think climbing will help as well as the gym.

ya man love the sox always have ive seen some bad seasons when i was younder this is good to see now the Pats are not my favorite football team but i like them and the Bruins are off to a good start you said some moest gains in power and weight how about in some body change ?

Take the H-Drol every morning (50 mg)

Fish oil 3xday

I'm just starting my 3rd week of H-Drol/Furazadrol and my bench press has jumped from 355 to 385, bodyfat has dropped, and I feel pumped all day. Needless to say I'm enjoying it. Good luck man and enjoy!

with hdrol

I'm not sure that it matters, but if you're worried about it, take them 4 hrs apart. Good luck with the cycle, ill be following. The first dose is today right??

I climbed a route today at work w/ a 40lbs vest on and then the hardest route normaly the wall is 35 feet if you have ver climbed you know how that felt

I really didnt start getting the big changes until weeks 3 and 4. And then everything took off. I bet by around day 15 you are gonna see some nice numbers.

I dont get squat till end of week 2, then I get all my gains in about 5 days and then stabilize. Oddly I rarely gain in week 4 on halo.

DAY 15 im at the half way point today yesterday i did legs and BIs

Squat 365x8 for my last set i was pretty happy with that i will try and go up next week

also did calves and hack squats thats all for legs

People noticing gains shows me it's not just my "alpha male" thinking I'm getting bigger.
I'd get the same response from my Epi run. "What are you taking, man?"
My response was always "Whey protein." ;)

ok had a good chest day yesterday chest and tris are hurting good today i can now do DB flies w/ 35s thats new
still couldnt becnh 275 but 250 if easy for a set of 4-5 now
happy so far but idk if im going to break the 300 mark also say some friends yesterday that i hadnt seen since august and they were really surpised how i looked so i feel good a few more days left with hrol now

Week 4 should be a big jump for ya...was for me on my Halo t-400 cycle. Really give it hell in the gym.

You should also realize gains upto about week 3 of PCT...really nice.

I believe you'll hit at least 290 on bench.

had a good leg day today kept it light 5 sets of each leg exercise squats deads and hacks felt great also power cleaned 135 for a last set of 10 also did two other sets last is soon approaching two more days

great chest and back day today i did a 5x5 for everythin and i put up 285 4 times for my last set i was so pumped i was doing cable flies on 75lbs back is getting stronger too Hdrol is great

cut the cycle two days short and started pct i have had extreme stomache pain and fever the last 3 days still not really sure what it was but i seems to be going away for the most part now i will follow up during pct as well hope i didnt lose too much the past two days since i havent really ate anything

Kyle sounds like your getting good strength gains. How much weight have you gained.

Im starting a halo/prop cycle here in about 2 weeks and hope to get some good gains in strength and weight.

first day on traing on PCT i felt great did bis and tris felt really stong i was surprised sice i was sick the last few days i managed to curl 50lbs on each size of the e-z bar a feat i have never done i was impressed with myself seems like all lifts have gone up and are staying there

PCT is still going great Blue UP is awsome pre workouts everyday and im still feeling stronger i benched 280 3 reps all myself and then 2 with alittle help the other day

I usually slow around week 2 of PCT... which is a fun time to up your test booster dosage!! :D

Hey Kyle, nice log bud. 10 pounds is quite a bit for halo, especially at your starting weight. Did you take skinfolds? If not, do you think the gains were lean?

last day of post cycle was yesterday. and i am still very happy with this cycl;e all lifts are still up i am still looking larger and still benching 260+ with ease i cant wait for my next cycle thanks all and happy new year
