ErgoPharm 1-NO Review

ErgoPharm sent me some 1-NO samples and asked me to review this product for them. I decided to do a review for 1-NO here at DA as well. I received 2 packets and was told to take them prior to working out. Today ill do chest, and tommorow ill do arms, since these two workouts usually give me the best pumps, I thought these would be the best workouts for this type of product.

It is a Nitric Oxide type product that has some good scientifically backed ingredients. It is chewable, so no swallowing huge tablets. You can see the full write-up here:

Chest day

Opened packet, there are 3 tablets per packet. They are the size of tums antacid tablets. Chewed them up about 10 mins before workout. Taste isnt too great, taste like sweet tarts, a super, super sour orange/cranberry flavor. A few minutes after consuming the tablets, I felt a tingling needle like sensation all over. Seemed to give a reddish flush over my body as well.

During my workout, I noticed I needed less time in between sets to recover. I felt more energetic and less tired during the entire workout. Strength stayed about the same. Tingling sensation continued throughout entire workout. Pumps were pretty nice. Arms and chest area were more red then usual, maybe signifying more blood flow to the area. Its been about 30 mins since my workout, pumps are starting to subside. Pumps during workout were definitely good.

Tommorow I will do arms and a final comments part.

Arm Day

Today I had a long day at work, so my arm workout didnt begin till 1 a.m. I threw down my 1-NO chewables a few minutes prior to my workout. Yesterday I took my 1-NO serving on an empty stomach, today I did it on a semi-full one to see if it mattered. Pump still came just as good. I did a shorter version of my arm workout since it was late. After my first set of curls, my arms immediately became very vascular, and I usually only get this look after numerous sets. My arms became very tight, good pump.

Final Comments

Since this product is chewable, it seems to work faster, almost immediately, compared to pills that take half an hour to an hour to work. I liked that a lot. The other NO products I have tried in the past include MRI's NO2, MuscleTech's Pumptech, BSN's No-Xplode, Gaspari's Superpump 250, and LegalGear's NO Infuse.
ErgoPharm's 1-NO is comparable to NO Infuse for pumps and muscle hardness. 1-NO beats the rest, No-Xplode, NO2, etc.

I like the inlcusion of L-Ornithine AKG in the product as well as L-Histidine and beta-Alanine. "The addition of OKG augments the NO stimulatory action of AKG by providing a secondary route to plasma arginine elevation. OKG goes beyond AKG however as it also raises plasma levels of glutamine, polyamines, growth hormone and insulin."* Seems to work synergistically in stimulating the NO pathway as my pumps were way better than straight AAKG formulas.

Taste: 6/10, Flavor is super sour sweet tart kinda, orangy/cranberry

Delivery Method: 10/10, Chewable, very unique

Impact of 1-NO on workout: 7/10, Less rest needed between sets, good pumps, no noticeable strength impact

Affordability of 1-NO: 7/10, At full dosing the product only last 15 days, for $26.95 here at DA. $26.95 ain't bad, but wish it was a 30 day supply, even if the price was a little bit more, 15 days just seems too short.

Comparison of 1-NO to other NO products on market: 8/10, Pumps, energy, muscle hardness were all pretty good during workout. Worked very well. I wish the pump would stay for awhile after the workout though, wish there really was a "Perpetual Pump". 1-NO beats all the other NO products mentioned above, LegalGears NO-Infuse however works just as well or slightly better.

Side Effects: Nothing bad. Skin flushed red with tingling sensation, pumps, muscle hardness. All good in my book

I like how this product did what it was suppose to do. Increased pumps, energy and recovery. None of that 7lbs in 21 days MRI NO2 bullcrap. 1-NO is definitely a product that does what it says it will. I would like to thank ErgoPharm for giving me this product to review, and for the support from fellow DA forum members.

I went and looked and it shows that with 2 pills each serving it will last 30 days..for $26.95.....Please correct if i am wrong...

Thanks Shutta for the support. One bottle of ErgoPharm's 1-NO has 60 caps. The directions state to take between 2-4 tablets prior to workout. At full dosing, (Which I always do with supps, and especially AAKG), this product last 15 days. 4 tablets into 60 is 15. Now if you only took 2 prior to workout, yes that would be 30 days, but thats only 1 gram of AAKG.
