Thought it may be interesting to see what kinds of diet plans you guys or gals are currently following. I thought I picked what may be the most popular diets at this time. Feel free to describe yours in a way that may not be mentioned in poll. Something like this should aid many supplement companies to continually strive for something that the public demands.

I guess the one thing I would ask is to you - what is your body comp and what is considered "moderate?" LOW and HIGH are easier to quantify and perhaps, I should have offered up what that term means in my opinion.

To me...

Low = < 20% of caloric totals

Moderate = 20-40%

High = > 40% of caloric totals

Stallion....does it sound like how you would quantify it? And by all means if it is working, I would certainly live by the mantra, "Why fix it if it ain't broken?"

I'd haveta say moderate on everything most days, 300g carbs, 250g protein, 100g fat

No moderate protein choices eh? I shoot for 50/30/20, so high carb, mod protein, mod fat. When dieting I start around 40/40/20, then move to keto as my BF goes down.

My diet is approximately 3200 calories with a 40/40/20 breakdown. I've been following the same routine for 15 weeks now and it's working extremely well. I've managed to trim my waist from 36" - 34" and went from 18% bf to around 15%.

I'm old school - If it 'aint broke, don't fix it. I would be interested to hear ideas about shaking things up to accelerate reductions in bf. Lower carbs? Increase protein?

hell im working my way toward a CKD i think......or I hope

I know over at the "LB" we talked about the 1-13 days with carb ups being day 12-13.....im still working toward that beginning Sunday....ive been traveling back and forth to my fiance's parents each weekend....(wedding stuff) for the last 3 weekends (this weekend being the last until thanksgiving)....and i shit you not a place to workout within 40 miles......so with that my diet:
M-F p/c/f 60/0/40
S-S p/c/f 40/50/10 (vaporize)

Has anyone used the 33/33/33 diet with success? Just curious, because that was not one of the options up there.

What about the folks who are on a high fat diet? I've been doing the anabolic diet for a while now with excellent results. My macro's are Monday through Friday 65-70% fat/30-35% protein/5% carbs taking in roughly 4000 cals per day and on the weekends my macros are 60% carbs/20-25% fat/15-20% protein taking in 12,000 cals over the weekend.
