when i used to play basketball everyday in school i could jump fairly high. now i just play once a week or so and my jump is nowhere near the same. i know it used to be better cuz i jumped all the time, but i cant play bball everyday and be on a bulking cycle. just wondering the best way to improve my vertical. is there anything i could do besides squats, calf raises and plyo's or are these the best way. if so how often could i do the plyo's a week. i just started DC training and i am loving it. i work out my legs twice in 8 days. any sugg.'s would be helpful.
