I was reading a Muscle and Fitness magazine and saw an article on marathon training for arms. This guy trains for 12 hours on his arms once in a great while to shock his muscles. Rotating bi's and tri's, there are 4 different exercises, standing bar curl and skull crushers, then sitting db curls and tricep push downs. He rotates those every 30 min. drinks alot of protein and rest 4 days before and 4 days after. It says it will add 1 inch to your arms. Has anyone heard of this? I'm thinking about trying it
