My Recipe.
Okay here is what you need.
1 Whole Wheat Pita
Hummus
White Onion
Feta Cheese
Fresh Tomato
Lettuce ( Any except iceberg which is worthless)
5-8 Ounces of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
-Okay here is what you do. Fire up the chicken on a Foreman grill ( Easiest Way)
-Microwave the pita for about 20-30 seconds
- Spread on the Hummus, Sprinkle some Feta cheese crumbles and white onion chunks
-Cut up the chicken into chunks and top it off with some lettuce and tomato
Enjoy
