Well I finally broke down and ordered my first real bench shirt. I got a Inzer Phenom which is supposed to be a good top end bench shirt. I can always get the weight from my chest to that sticking point where it transitions to triceps. This should help. I guess I'll use in it in a meet early next year. I have one meet left this year and I have to lift raw in it. Then it's over to the darkside.
