has anyone tried this. i have been reading about it on AM and other sites but i cant seem to find an exact routine to follow or a book that has sample routines. just looking for some info. thanks

I just started it Monday and what i do is on the review page under Dibble.
I don't know many of the drills.So as i go on i will tell ya.I started monday.
