Hello everyone....just thinking where to start this. 1st, I have been missing for awhile due to being in a rather serious car accident. This occurred on 6/8/05 (hard to believe that it has been that long already). I was really very fortunate in that I was not more seriously injured or worse. I am now trying to start back with my workouts, but still having some other issues, but hopefully will get back on track the next couple of weeks.

I can tell that I have lost muscle mass and strength, so I have my work cut out for me.

Now, as far as the test. Well here goes. I said early on when Rodney 1st asked for InsuleanK testers (many moons ago) that I would be very "frank" with my observations. Here they are so far.

After a month or two had passed since Rodney 1st named myself, and others, as a tester, I finally rec'd another email from him on 5/28/05. He said that he was going to send InsuleanK and Ultimate Stack in a couple of weeks and asked me to resend to him my address again. I replied back to him and gave my address.

On 7/1/05 I still had not rec'd product or any communication from Rodney. So I sent another email, two in fact, inquiring if he had sent any product yet, since I had not rec'd it.

To this date, I have not rec'd any response back, nor any product. I am trying to catch up some on the forum, and so far, I only see "Stallion" as having rec'd product and running a test.

So, for now, I cannot really provide any input or conclusions on these products. But as far as customer service, or lack of it, from Rodney and Nutrabolics, you can make up your own mind. Personally, over the past 12 months I have spent some major $$ on their products. But I think as consumers, we like to spend our $$ where we know we are appreciated and where we get at least some support, if not outstanding support. A good case in point is SNS and Steve. I think everyone here that has dealt with Steve would agree to the quality of his customer support.

I do not know what else I can say at this point. I am trying to not come off as too negative, and there may be circumstances of which I am unaware. Things can and do happen, as in the case of me being in an accident and you have not seen me on the forum for awhile. However, I really do not understand why Rodney has not been more responsive.

So much for the test, I guess.

I am sorry to hear about your accident, however your InsuLean K and ESTER (not ultimate) STACK were sent out, just like the other testers.
Ester Stack was delayed in mfg'ing, but upon arrival in our warehouse products were sent.
Maybe it was sent to the wrong address, or maybe it got caught in customs...there are different variables that can be involved, but instead of writing a derogatory post like the one above, I would have appreciated it if you could have emailed me instead, since as witness by my involvement in this forum, I try my best to help everyone.

Hi Rodney....thanks for the prompt response and you have my apologies for any misunderstanding. I have no intent of starting a "war of words" here.

That being said, I do wish to respond to your reply. Thanks for the expression of concern for my accident. You might want to put a trace on the products that you sent....and I'll let you know right away if they arrive.

Sorry for misstating Ester Stack as Ultimate Stack. Actually, I took Ultimate Stack directly from your last email to me. Here is the exact copy and paste from the email...."It sounds like you have had some great results on our products and I thinking having you as a tester for the Ultimate Stack sounds great!"

Rodney's quote: "Maybe it was sent to the wrong address, or maybe it got caught in customs...there are different variables that can be involved, but instead of writing a derogatory post like the one above, I would have appreciated it if you could have emailed me instead"

I do understand that there could be reasons for the delay....that is why I stated, quote: "I am trying to not come off as too negative, and there may be circumstances of which I am unaware. Things can and do happen". And as I did state in the post, in fact, I did email you back on 7/1. I emailed twice and asked if the items had been shipped. And these emails were replies to your earlier emails. So, as you say, "I would have appreciated it if you could have emailed me instead", I did do that and waited over two weeks for a response before placing this post.

As far as my post being derogatory, I can understand it seems that way to you, and for that, again you have my apology. My intent was only to provide a factual update and I think I did that, although I let out some frustration as well, but overall, I do not think it was all that derogatory.

Anyway, now that you have responded and let me know the items were shipped, if and when they arrive, I will keep you and the forum updated with results. It should be very interesting, since I will be working towards getting back lost strength and muscle mass, and losing some added body fat, all since the accident.

I dont want to get into an disagreement with you but I just want to give you some info on my dealings with Nutrobolics and Rodney.

I have sent several emails to Rodney and I have had all of them answered, some not a quickly as I would like but I can be very impatient at times. I have called the company several times and spoke with Rodney at least 3 times on the phone with one time him even returning my message that I left for him.

I also found that when dealing with other employees of his, Curt in paticular that even when we disagreed on things that we were able to handle it with a prompt response.

Rodney has sent me several product to try and as soon as I am done with x-factor I look forward to trying there CEO next.

I hope that the delay in a shipment and a product will not discourge you from trying them again. I think that you will find and I dont want to speak for Rodney that this is a rare case and that it is not the regular for them.

That is just my opnion and believe me I have been in the same spot as you in waiting for products and even got mad at a company in the past and it was a mistake on my behalf, I hope that you dont think that I am out of line.

Hi Max....thanks for your comments. I am sure that I will be using more Nutrabolic products in the future. In fact, I am currently using some of their products now.

My own experience with the company has been somewhat different from yours however. Last year, after having spent into the "4 figures" over several months for their products, I sent several emails to their customer service (not Rodney specifically) asking a # of questions about the use of the products. I never rec'd a response to any of these. Maybe they were short staffed and overwhelmed, I cannot say, these are just the facts. That was disappointing to me, however, I have continued to purchase their products.

Of the four times that I have corresponded directly to Rodney's email, I have rec'd one direct reply. Now, I am not angry with Rodney or Nutrabolics... (I only have enough energy to mock up real anger when it counts, as in this week when both my wife and my identities were "stolen", we had over $500 stolen from our bank acct, had to cancel all our accts, and now have to worry about the misuse of our SS#. Now that makes me mad)... but the lack of response has been disappointing and frustrating. But maybe this is more the norm for the industry...I don't know. I have seen on this forum where other members have voiced the same frustrations when communicating with other companies as well. The one thing I can say for certain is that I have ALWAYS rec'd a reply from Steve at SNS, every time, even when they had their fire.

But let's move on now. My initial intent was not to start a thread where I, or we, could "bash" Nutrabolics, or necessarily sing its praises. It was just to bring this testing issue up to date with the facts to this point, as this all started many months ago with the request for testers, and my name was given on this forum as a tester, so I wanted folks to know the current status.

Thanks for your comments, you are right at times it can be really frustrating I must agree with you on that.

You are right as far as customer service goes steve is in a league all of his own and that is awsome to see.

On a side note I hope that things back to normal for you, I mean after a bad accident, ID theft and all of the problems that go with that I think that you should be go for a couple of years or so.

thanks for listening

Max.....thanks for your kind comments of concern and encouragement. Did I mention that I got laid off earlier this year as well....yep. (Not to make this a crying session or anything like that.) But I sure hope that you are right, and that the future should be bright. Actually, I am a very optimistic person and I have a strong faith in God and Spirit and this really helps me to get through the rough times.

Finally got in a workout last night and it went fairly well. I was pleased, but I have a ways to go to get back to where I was in the spring.

Trans....thanks for your kind thoughts.

Max....thanks....yes, we go through many tests in life and we can either learn and become stronger, or we can develop a chip on our shoulder with an "I am a victim" attitude and look all around to place the blame. My personal belief is in the formal. I believe that we are the creator of our own life and circumstances.

So then, why do have to be "here" in the first place and go through all the hardships that earth can present? (Not that it is all bad...we have joy, laughter, and all kinds of adventure as well) In my personal belief, it is so that we may learn...learn to take responsibility for our actions, learn to be stronger and a survivor by developing our creative abilities and our fortitude, learn gratitude and grace and compassion, and most of all, to learn to receive and give more of God's love. Learning coms from experience. Now I am the one that sounds like preaching, ha ha. Sorry, I do not mean to step on anyone's toes or beliefs. And I guess this is getting off subject now.

Wedge...sorry for the late reply. For some reason, of which I do not understand, I have found that I only receive the "auto notification" only about 50 % of the time, or less, when someone replies to a topic that I am "watching". This was one of those cases. I have not rec'd a notification since Italion's last reply. Just out of curiosity, does anyone else out there have this problem? Chris, if you are reading this, are you aware of this problem?

To answer your question....NO! I have pretty much given up on this, but if it arrives at my door one day, I will be happy to put it to the test and report my findings.

Hey Ghost....are you reading this? Did you ever receive a shipment yet? The only one I know of so far is Italion.

that kind of pisses me off. If you offer someone something, you should get it to them. Thats bad business
