Hi,Im using E2 Creatine by SNS ,Nitrix, CVM Xtreme and Dymatize Protein.

Im following the Westside Program for skinney bastards.Alright, im 15 almost 16 and 5'10 172 pounds.

Today I benched first 165 5x with the barbell 1 time.
Then with dumbells i did 60's 5x then 45's 10x then 50's 8x then 55's 8x.
All that flat bench for incline, with dumbells i did 55's 5x,40's 10x, 45's 8x, 50's 6x.
Then i did a Latpulldown of 130 5x on the machine.But I have many questions after this.Bent-over Dumbell rows i did 75's 5x then 60's 10x ,65's 8x, 70's 6x.
Dumbell Curls 35's 5x each arm.6 inches for abs for 30 sec then 20 crunches.

Has anyone ever done this program before because I diod the AM thing and my hips kill.Also if anyone can gimme a great site that names all the excersices because i dont know half of them like, seated dumbell power cleans,zottman curls.dumbell floor press,etc.

Help is much needed because Im young and wanna learn and my goals are to get stronger,faster,and be a better athlete for football and boxing, that is why i picked this program.

Dosages -Nitrix when i got up at 11.30am
-CVM half an hour later then 5 mins later cereal,multi vitamin,omega fatty pill,banana,and bread.
at 1.30 2 pills of E2
rode my bike to the gym at 1.45
lifted from 2-3.15

Lift was this
today

225 -5x free weight squat
115 -12x each leg ,125 10x each leg,135 8x each leg -Step Up Lunges
Hyper Extensions with no weight cuzz my gym doesnt have a machine-15x 4 sets
Superset-Barbell Shrugs-115-5x,135-5x,155-5x, 165-5x
Thick barbell hold-165,30secs
Wrist Curlers -40's 5x each wrist
Grippers-30secs
Plate Pinch Grip-30 sec-2 tens each hand.

Tonight i have to lift again for football.Idon't think im overtraining
At 3.30 after i got done lifting i took CVM Xtreme
Now im eating.

Squat -165-12x,175-10x,185-8x,205-6x,229-4x
Bench-135-12x,140-10x,145-8x,155-6x,165-4x
Miltary Press-35's -10x -3 sets
Dips -10 -2 sets
Backwords Lat Pull Downs-100-10x -2 sets

Then tonight at midnight im taking my E2

Good job dibble.

glad to see that you are on here posting. Its always nice to see people of your age that come on here and are to talk about there results.

Cant wait to see your results, keep us all posted and if we can help at all let us know

I took yesterday off even though i was supposed to do all this running stuff for the westside program-wont happen again.

Today I woke up at 11.30 am ,took 3 tablets of Nitrix at n00n and at 12.30 I had CVM Xtreme then at 1 i had my protein 1and a half scoops and breakfast-cereal,banana,multi vitamin and a omega fatty.From 3.05 to 4.30 i lifted.When i got home i had a scoop of protein and after 2 E2 pills.Now i gotta lift again tonight

Hers what i did today
Barbell Bench-135-15x
Dumbells Bench 45's -15x
Incline dumbells-45's -12x


Bent Over Dumbell Rows-75-5x,60-12x,65-10x-each arm

Super set these 2
Chest Supported Rows on machine-150-5x,120-12x,130-10x,140-8x
Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns-70-3x-coudnt do 5,40-12x,50-10x,60-7x-coudnt do 8

Dumbell Lat Rasies-30's -5x, 15-12x, 20-10x, 25-8x

Super set these 2
Widegrip Precher Curls-65-5x, 35-12x, 45-10x, 55-8x
Barbell tricep extensions- 65-5x,35-12x,45-10x,55-8x

Super set these 2
Hanging Leg Raises-15x,15x,12x,10x
Dumbell Side Bends-35-15x,15x, 40-10x,45-8x

Then tonight i have to lift for football
