View Full Version : Am I Working Out too much?

I work out 5 days out of the week. MWF i do weights (lower and upper body) and some light cardio. on T,Th i hit the heavy bag for a half hour and then jog or bike for 15 mins.

Im wondering if that is too much or just a wrong schedule, because i haven't seen a lot of results.

I would stop the cardio on the days that you work out.

I think has a negative effect

what are your goals

At first my goal was to just burn off fat and tone up a bit, my legs and arms and back started looking good and shaping up. So my goal now is to tone up my abs and pecs. Im a pretty stout guy. So i just want to trim some fat off, not bulk up too much more, but a little cant hurt
