i am about to start SD, and i was going to switch my workout up a little bit for 2 months and do more strength than mass building. should i stick with my 4 day a week mass building routine while on SD or would it be alright to switch to a 3 day a week split for my 8 week ph and pct cycle.

Snake, if you begin a sd stack you'll be very stong. This is true what Max posted: be careful with your joints! (my right elbow is still aching after a sd cycle)

snake just watch your work outs cause the big thing for me when I started was that my body really wanted to push the envelope of weight just make sure that you take your time.

i did 4 days a week and had no problems, but you will notice the strenght gains pretty quick
