Calves will not grow

I do not get it all my muscles grow very easily but my calves still look the same what gives. Any tips suggestions?

Try standing NOT seated toe raises. I've been going 2 sets at 8-10 reps followed by 2 sets of 25-30 reps and I'm seeing good gains
