I'm currently on Max OT and have been seeing great results. I go to a military college so endurance is VERY important as well. I have to go back August 4th for cadre and I need to be in great shape again. I'm naturally athletic and its easy for me to get back into shape. I'm 6'2, 205 lbs, 19 years old. I am very pleased with my strength gains so far with Max OT and I don't want to lose them. I REALLY need some suggestions on a split and training style that would help me with strength and endurance.

Strength days I was thinking heavy weights, low reps

Endurance days I was thinking no weights. Pushups, pullups, dips
running, lunges, flutter kicks, etc

Right now I really need help with how to set it up.
I was thinking about

Monday - Upper body strength day
Tuesday- Lower body strength day
Thursday- Upper body endurance day
Friday - Lower body endurance day

If this is the best split, what exercises should I perform and would this be overtraining?? ANy help would be great..

There is a program out there called Westside for skinny bastards, it goes along the lines you are working toward, strength, speed, endurance. i have seen it used for many sports such as football and wrestling. I have used it before and had very good gains for this. Do a google search for this program and you should be able to find it very easy.
