I am going to go with a weight loss stack consisting of mainly the Dietex MRP's and about 3 grams of CLA a day. I will also use the Ergopharm's AMP 3x a week before my workouts.
Weight: 196
BF%: 14
My workouts will consist mainly of lifting/sprinting days on m, w, f and then conditioning days of Tu, Th.
Workout today
Power Cleans: 5 sets of 3 97.5KG
Squats: 3 sets of 5 135KG
Low Incline Bench: 3 sets of 5 97.5
Aux:
SL Hip Extension 3 sets of 10
DB Bentover Row 3 sets of 6 80LB
Abs:
MB Reverse Crunch 3 sets of 10 4KG

Today's lifts went pretty well, I'm in more of a explosive type lifting style so the lifts are a little different. My weight today was down to 191 but I think thats because I had a smaller lunch than I normally do. I really like the Dietex, I believe my portions have gotten smaller when I ate and my mom has realized that also.

Sorry about the delay guys, I had some things going on over the weekend. For friday's workout I came in weighing around 194. Ended the workout at 192 so it was a pretty tough workout.
Main Lifts
Clean Mid-Thigh 5 sets of 3 85KG(Not exactly sure about this weight)
Reverse Alt. Lunges 3 sets of 6 50kg
Bench 3 sets of 5 100KG (Again not exactly sure on the weight I will make sure this is correct on monday.)
Abs
MB Sit ups, Russian Twists, Diagonal sit ups, side-side throws, overhead throws 3 sets of 20 3KG MB

Today's workout went really well. I got some new shoes and they felt really good. My weight was at 192 at the start and 190 by the end.

Today's workout went really well, I did some extra running at the end and it felt pretty good. My weight was at 192 to start and ended at 189.

Friday's workout was a long working day because after my workout I went and did yoga. My weight at the start of the workout friday was 192 and I ended at 190.5.
Main Lifts
Cleans Mid-Thigh 3 sets of 2 85KG

Bench 3 sets of 3 105KG
Abs

I'm thinking of adding a true fat burner or other type of thermo with this stack. I use the AMP but I only use it before workouts 3x's a week. I would use it for about a month anyone have any suggestions?

Workout went really well today. I had a really good sweat going by the end. My weight was at 190 to start the workout and got down to 189 by the end.

Today's workout went good again. My weight seems to be stuck right around 190 which is what I wanted so that is good.
