methyl dept any good?

the stuff is selling for 20 bucks, is this any good? what can it be stacked with and what is the shelf life?

Methyl Depot is essentially a Methyl 1-Test product. They add in a couple of other things which they say are for absorption, but that are actually irrelevant because of the absorption level that M1T has anyway.

I'd skip it. Get a regular M1T product that sells for less. SNS would be a great choice
