Wasup,

Im new to this site\forum, Im currently back AGAIN in Afghan. I was wondering if anyone out there has a good eating for Mass\Muscle diet? I have access to the right food so it wont be no problem for me. I want to know what you big guys eat on a daily basis.

Right now I stand 5'6" 189lbs 19 yrs maxing out @ 365lbs on the Bench and hitting 300 on a daily basis. I feel that I am getting stronger but not as big.

Appreciate the Help.

The general wisdom is six small meals per day.

I noted that you said you do 300 pound bench daily. That is too frequent. You need more time to recover and grow muscle. It will NOT grow without days of rest.

Definitely agree with what Ghost said. Chest everyday? Whoa dude, try hitting the other muscle groups. At your age, you can go once a week on the chest and soon you'll being doing warm-ups at 300! Good luck to you over there bro and keep the head on a swivel. Eat whenever you can because you'll burn it like a coal furnace...
