Was up everyone,

I just have a qulk Q about cardio when bulking,i plan on doing three 30min session a week on my rest days to keep fat at bay.I will be doing cadio upon waking after having a protein shake,so my question is should i eat a meal asap
after my session to prevent muscle lost or should i wait 30min or so then have a meal?

Also since im trying to keep fat at bay ive been eating my last meal 2hr before i go to sleep,am i making my body go in to a calblic state by doing this?do you guys think i should be eating closer to bedtime or dose it even matter?

Thanks for any replys in advance.

BIG Negative, Ive read and experienced that never run more then 18-20 min while training for mass. Cut in down to atleast 20 and youd be good.

Id say cut out running completely when trying to bulk

thing is guys im doing a slow bulk becuz i dont have sufficient lean mass to lose the rest of my abdominal fat around my midsection,so what im trying to do here is put on some mass and lose fat and tone up so i look leaner.

So do you think 20min of cardio is going to do anything in terms of fat loss?

Why would you run to lose fat around your waist? Running is really meant for cutting. Why would you run and lose calories when your bulking? Id say no cardio, and for the fat you do have just train right and eat right and it will go away.
