about a year ago i started working out with someone who was far more advanced in training, dieting and supplement use. so following his advise, i took up a low carb diet, eating six times a day and began training with him, we were lifting extremely heavy, which at first i could keep up, i was taking trac creatine, protien postworkout and preworkout, multi viatiams, and was feeling pretty good until my strick diet began to get the best of me. i was also drinking a gallon of water a day and also not cheating at all. well, to make a long story short, i had no idea that the person i was lifting with was on proformance inhancing drugs, so while i was starving my body and destroying it while he was getting huge. i ended up becoming ill i had to stop training for three months i lost 30 pounds during that time and seemed to had lost alot of muscle too. really i dont know what happened but needless to say i stopped training with him and got off the diet and and in a months time i gained all the weight back and feel awful, my workout needs alot of improvement and would like to start a new diet. would love to hear any suggestions.
