Old swole v2?

Well I thought I should make this post where people who sell this product could answer..

I bought a tub of Swole V2 yesterday, as the store didn't have any CEE. Anyway, I bought Unflavored for some reason, on the way home i was looking at the price tag, and on the price tag it also had a 1/04 above the price. I'm assuming that the tag was placed on this product in January of 04!?!?
Anyway, I started taking it to today, and I noticed there were some powder clumps, and also the powder seemed to be yellowish...I'm use to seeing all creatine being a fine white color (although this is my first time using Swole). So I took it today and it tasted really sour...I'm wondering if this is how the unflavored Swole looks, and taste or is it old?

On a side note I can't return it, because I was a dumb ass and threw away the reciept, I also took off the price tag for some reason. So if someone can tell me if this is old that'd help, because i'd hate to buy another tub and have it looking/tasting the same. Thanks

PS thats the last time I buy anything from that nutritional store..As the prices here are much better!

Hehe, I feel your pain. No Swole products have tasted that way since they first came out on the sour side. This is inclusive of the "unflavored." Likely a byproduct of the Betaine Anhydrous - have you ever tasted this component as a stand-alone? It should be ok.


It is a good overall product though. You should be happy with results, provided you find yourself drinking enough water. Oftentimes, users report bad results and wonder what happened yet do NOT increase water-intake...recommendations say with 16 oz. water, I would recommend double that amount.

I've used unflavored swole before. Tastes terrible huh? Its always yellow, and does have a tendency to clump a little. I used the whole tub and gained about 8lbs. You will love it.

Alright thanks for the replies guys, guess ill continue to take it. Ill keep you all posted on my gains...Not sure what to expect as this is the 3rd creatine product i've used.
