Brown Santa delivered today.....

So the UPS guy shows up with some stuff for me and one of the items was some Nose Tork. I took a whiff and nearly was put on my a$$!!!! Wow this stuff rocks. Its active ingredient is Aqua-Ammonia so this stuff kicks your a$$. I also got some APT wrist wraps, knee wraps and elbow sleeves. I love the brown santa.

what exactly is nose tork? i have never heard of it and im curious what it is and what it is used for.

I'm pretty sure it's a name for what is commonly known as smelling salts.

then its just an ammonia capsule. i work at a hospital and i have gotten bored and busted one of those and smelled it. i dont know what training benifit it would have. i coughed and gagged and never wanted to do it again.

It's aqua-ammonia, more potent than regular. It comes in a small bottle and is crystalized.

What is for focus?

Wakes you up, helps focus, pisses you off. Most use it to be alert and help psych. Some believe the shock causes a small release of adreneline but I don't think it has ever been tested. If overused, it loses it's effectiveness as you get used to it. I use it for meet lifts only and on just final attempts. Nose tork is more potent but also more expensive and loses it's potency rather quickly. I snap 2 ampules and shove them in my nose while I torque down my belt (last action before stepping onto the platform)

Thats what I do except I have someone hold the bottle up to my nose, and good description on why to use it lol. I like it to piss me off, it's like a slap in the face w/o the red face.
