Looking to buy a Rage X Inzer possibly, open to suggestions/reasoning though! lol I also have a heavy duty Erector shirt setup... any thoughts?
EDIT: Lookin for good low end support (titan fury would help here) but trying to avoid anything to strong... single ply only.

I'm still new to the bench shirt thing but I have used a rage X twice and I couldn't even get the weight to touch my chest with 425. This shirt was double ply and felt really good going pressing the weight back up. If you're an experinced shirt user then I think it would be a good choice for bottom end. It's strong off the bottom and it was fairly easy to press the weight once the shift went from chest to triceps.

Skip the erector shirt.

Both shirts give good support at bottom, when/if you get it there. lol!

DO NOT get it tight or touching will be a killer. My vote is fury/F6 depending on style of benching-no arch/arch. Both shirts will take quite a bit to touch.

I am going single ply, that's a given, I feel no need to use a double ply with my weak ass bench. I'm stockin up on chains/bands as well since I have the opportunity... I'm only gonna be pushing 315 +chains or bands with this shirt, so I don't wanna not be able to touch.. I have no arch dude I'm a 'flatback'...

Mid 3's likely if it is not too tight and you are lucky.

Would this be your first shirt RA? If so, I believe in taking baby steps myself. I'd roll with the standard blast shirt. Sonny offered up some good advice though.

I see your point on this and would agree to some extent. But he will be benching 315 w/chains and does not want it to touch so he will get buried in a starter shirt in this case.

Plus, from the last few posts concerning his "orientation" I am assuming RA will like the pain and the whip marks the fury will give him. LOL!
