So is Italian Diesel > Italian Stallion? J/K
I am assuming the Diesel with the Big Daddy Cool reference is kind of a wrestling thing.
I do agree with you Diesel in the bars being mostly junk. Still awaiting a bar that tastes good without all the CHO's (no sugar alcohols either)....
Perhaps that is a challenge for the guys from Myochem + SNS???

totally agree with you, not only are bars filled with many fillers, lol, but the protein in them is usually not the best quality. but i am in college and between classes there is absolutely no time or any where near my classes where i can get food, so i bring a bar with me. i am bulking so the extra cals are good, they have a good amount of protein, so i figure they are my best option. i generally go for tri o plex, they have good carbs, and they arent coated with any chocolate stuff or anything so they dont melt and the flavors are good especially cinnamon raison roll. that does sound like a good challenge for myochem or sns

I could be wrong, but don't Tri O Plex bars contain Soy. This is not quality for what it appears you want.
What about throwing some protein in a shaker and carrying some EFA's (especially in the afternoon) when carb rationing seems more difficult anyway?

yeah they do contain soy, and i know that it isnt the most bioavailable protein, and not the best for body building, but check this out, it is from protein factory, dont know if you've heard of them or not
Many supplement companies are staying away from soy because they think it raises estrogen. But there dead wrong!. By using only 20% soy isolate we are actually creating an anti-estrogenic effect. Ones estrogen receptor sites are being block by the soy isolate. Thus, not only does this help you lose bodyfat, but it gives you more of a lean hard look. Plus soy provides the most glutamine over any protein

Hey stallion,
I am familiar with them and also am aware that they failed an independent test on meeting macronutrient claims.
It sounds like they have made a case in attempt to sell a bad protein. They have offered no real evidence for their claims except a hypothetical.
Glutamine...hehe - yeah I can think of better ways to ingest it.
As I read this over if it sounds harsh, my apologies. Its only through infuriation of what would have been a cool concept (PF that is), but that which was a concept gone wrong.
