Today I started X-factor for my second 50 day cycle. I will be taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night. I will also be taking protien and multi-vits while on x-factor.
My current stats are 184lbs down from 187 at end of pct and superdrol.
arms 16.75
chest 47 inchs
5'08
waist 31 inches
I am very excited this will be my second try with this product and am looking forward to same result as last cycle or better.
Just for info i did bi's and tri's tonight pumps and weight were up slightly but not much to report yet

I did the 5 weeks of superdrol followed by a month of activa te, So i thought that i would try x-factor again and i am ready to grow.
Tonight i did chest weights were up slightly along with strength. I have not noticed any soreness yet but it is still early

max, on your first cycle you used 5 capsules a day didn't you? why are you only using 4 this time.

caps are the same size as before but they are now 250mgs compared to 200mgs that way you only have to take 4 in a day. This also helps out cause you only need to bottles instead of 3 which cuts the cost down some

Today i did Back and shoulders had a really good work out today. Strengh was really good as was endurance. Military press was up by 30lbs total. raises were up 5 to 10lbs.
I forgot how sore was sore man it kicked in last night which is quite a bit earlier then before, I love it :twisted: .
I also forgot how much it makes you sweat, man i am soaked after a work out. I also weighed my self today and i am at 180lbs which is 7 down from end of activa te and 5 down from start Im going to have to eat more to keep up again. I dont know why it is but it cuts me up pretty quick

I know i have a hard time keeping weight on thats why i have to eat non- stop and i cant take any fat burning products. I dont think that the supp caused me to loose the weight my diet has been really lacking to.
Yea i kinda forgot cause the sweating i did x-factor in the winter so i dont remember sweating so much, And im not sure about the soreness i remember being sore but this seems to be a little more then I thought.
I did turn 35 recently maybe that old age is kicking in to :lol:

The great thing about x-factor is that it does not matter, with or without there is no difference. I take 2 in the morning when i get up and then 2 before i work out. Non work out days i try to keep the times the same.

thanks for all the help max. i got two more questions for you: 1. i assume it is ok to take amino acids while on x-factor. 2. i know you are suppose to stay away from some fats, but would it be ok to take cytogainer while on x-factor.

Cytogainer is fine takin with x-factor, these are the things to worry about:
-Pain medications containing acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, or Aspirin
-NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs)
-Omega 3 fatty acids
-Flax and Fish oil supplements
-N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)
-Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
-Avoid the regular consumption of foods known to be high in omega 3 fatty acids or anti-inflammatory nutrients, such as cold-water fish, peanut butter, and sesame, olive or peanut oils.

Tonight I did bi's and tri's. I had a really good workout. I have noticed that the soreness has scaled back which was kinda good I think.
I have found that I am still getting one hell of a workout, When I am done with my works out, my muscles are totally fatiuged and shot, which I like alot. Also still sweating like a pig.
Weight has stopped at 180 so I need to bump up calories even more to raise weight now. So far things are going good, ill keep you all posted

I did chest 2 nights ago. Sorry I have not posted my results but they have been nothing to report other then Ive been sick with the flu all weekend.
Ihave lost some more weight , but that is cause I was sick. Currently I am at 177, so know that I feel better I hope to kick it into gear again. Tonight ill be doing back and shoulders, so Im hoping for a good night.

Sorry guys i have been kinda lacking lately.
Last night i did back and shoulders, workout was awsome as it was the first workout that I have had since I was so sick. Weights were up along with strenght, but I think part of that was the excitement of getting back to work.
I have notice that other then the next morning the soreness is not there anymore. I have got my weight back to 180 but man im eating everything in site.
Just wanted to let you guys know on a side not that we move into our new pd friday of next week.
The city got as all brand new hammer strenght equipment. They spent $25,000 on that alone not to mention the tv and stereo equipment.
With the treadmills and equiptical machine it is bigger and nice then the weight area of the local gym.

Sunday I lifted bi's and tri's. I totally changed up the weights that I am doing now, I had a really good work out, I think that it was a reult of the change up in exercises.
I cant really give you any info on weights being up as i have changed things up.

Last night i did chest and had a really good work out, Bench press has been kinda stale last couple of weeks so I think that I will change from the barbell to dumbbell for a nice change up.
I am just about through the first bottle so I am half way done. I weighted myself tonight and I am up to 183 so gains are starting to come back. My pants are a little bit looser then there were when I was on the superdrol, activa te, basiclly one spot tighter on the buckle.
Sweating is still really bad especially during the workouts but thats okay cause when Im done lifting I am exhausted.

Today I did shoulders and back.
I had a bad work out by all accounts, I did all the exercises and weights stayed the same but heart wasn't really into it. I started my vacation yesterday so I was out with the family all day and working out was not really high on the list.
The only thing that I can say so far is that I kinda slacked off on my weight this last week as far as number of calories and I dropped 5 lbs again. I guess that I need to take my own advice and eat baby eat.
I am still sweating like crazy when I work out which I guess is not all that bad, but man I must be burning calories like crazy.

Today was bi's and tri's, work out was really good, I worked out at home today do to the fact that with the heat index today it is 111 degees out.
Bi's are getting more defined I took measurments last night and bi's are down close to 1/4 inch. Im not really concerned yet due to the fact that I lost all that weight again. I think that they look much better based on the fact that they are much more lean and defined.
I no longer get any soreness other then the day after my workouts. Intensity is still way up and after work outs I feel like I have left everything at the gym.
I just finished my 1st bottle so I am half way done. I am trying to really increase my calories up alomost 1500 to try and see how it reacts with a mass build now.

Last night I did chest. I did strickly dumbbells last night and has on hell of a work out. I forgot how well flat dumbbell bench tore up my chest.
incline and flys were up 10 lbs on each and decline was up 5lb both from last week.
I have been really struggling to keep weight up. I just got labrada's protien in 2 days ago and have up protien based on the fact that serving size is more.

Today was shoulder and back day.
I switch up most of my barbell and hammer lifts to dumbells, lifting was getting a little slow in inceases so its time for a change up.
Weights were up from last time i did dumbells but overall weight was down due to switching from bar to dumbbells. Weight has stayed the same but definition has gone us quite a bit.
I am having to eat about 3500-4000 calories a day to keep weight up and I am thinking about going up from there to try and build some mass, bad part about that is my calories have to be from some bad food to keep up.
My sweating has gone down as I am into my 2nd bottle which is the last one now. I have noticed that towards the end of the first bottle and right now I am really sore, good sore though, not really sure if that is cause it took me alittle longer this time.

max how much leaning effect would you say xfactor has. i am about to start a 4 week SD cycle then pct for 4 weeks. after that cycle is over with it'll be a little over a month until my wedding. i want to cut for that period of time cuz we are going to st. croix for our honeymoon, and i want to shed some bodyfat. i cant decide if i want to use something like scorch or try x-factor. got any suggestions?

Tonight It was back to Bi's and tri's.
Tonight I had probally my best workout in 2 weeks strength and weights were up quite abit any where from 15-20lbs depending on which exercise I was doing.
The last couple of weeks have been really bad as far as workout as alot has been going on at home, but everyting seems to have settled down some.
I have been having alot of problems with my back(herniated disc) and unfortunetly the only pain meds that have work is oxycodone/acetaminaphine which I hope does not hurt my progress to much.

Yea you were right I was on the same time as you. X-factor was not originally designed for weight loss but we are finding out that I has that added effect for people. It is not per se a fat burning product but alot of the threads and people that have tried it have gotten really cut up. For me both times I lost between 7-10lbs and have had a heck of a time keeping the weight up.
I think that you will find that it will work really well for you as most people myself included have found that it really cuts you up.

I'd go with scorch or an ECG type combo. Redline has also got decent reviews. However, i've never tried x-factor, so i don't know how great it will be at cutting, i just know that the other fat loss options are more tried and true.

How much do you want to lose? If you're just trying to drop a few pounds and keep all of your strenth, then X Factor is a good decision in my opinion. But if your primary goal is to really lean down, you would probably be better off with something like Brandon said.

Yeah man. If you have a pretty good metabolism then I'd say that X Factor would do well to loose a little bit of extra fat. If you are like me, however, you have to do a million minutes of cardio and eat only steamed fish for 6 weeks. In that case, I would recommend Winstrol.

Yesterday I had my favorite day of all heavy chest day.
I raised weights up slightly on chest day to try and pack on some mass. Weights were up on dumbells about 10lbs depending on the exercise. Im trying to do between 5-7 reps now with heavier weights instead of the 8-10 that I was doing.
I feel that my body adapted to the change in weight reall good, stamina was really good and I felt like I still could go on or even up the weight some more. I had a really good burn I my chest after I was done which I liked alot.
I spoke with Bill yesterday about sweating and that is kinda a nice added affect that you get and when you are done working out you know that you are really burning calories. The only bad part is it has been in the 90's here and when you have to wear that bullet proof vest its really hot under there.

Today I did shoulders and back. I had to take yesterday off because i had a jury trial. On a side not the good guys won.
Anyways workout was pretty good even though I was pretty tired this morning. My back has been bothering me pretty bad latley and I am trying not to take any pain meds cause the doctor gave me the ones with tylenol in them.
Weight stayed the same there was no real increases today but with trying to get a 50 minute workout done in 35 minutes I guess thats to be excepted.
Im going to take a couple days off, not to many though, to try and rest my back and then Ill be back at it.

It was a great workout weights were up 10lbs on dumbbell curls alone. Its the first time that I have not had pain im back for awhile now so that help with the added pumps. When doing hammer curls I got such a huge pump in my forearms that I had to stop.
I dont have much more to tell you tonight so ill leave it at that.

well max, looks like i am going to start my x-factor sooner than anticapated. i was suppose to start my SD cycle this morning, but i just couldnt pop the pill. dont know why really, guess the possiblity of sides and the fact that i have two younger bro's and i dont want them to see me take something i wouldnt want them to take later on in life. but anyways my question is how much do you normally have to increase your caloric intake while on x-factor if you want to use it to bulk up some. thanks for all the help max.

Well I must say that if you are not ready for superdrol that you made the right decision by not jumping right in.
I have had to increase my calories both times by 1000 just to try and keep up and believe me those are not always clean calories. I would up by about 500 and see where you are after 2 weeks and then go from there.

Today I did chest day.
workout went really good. I noticed some extra pumps today that I have not noticed in the past. After I was done with chest I was actually pretty sore. Almost like a really bad pulled muscle.
Thankfully tonight when I right this it has susided some.
I have lost alittle bit more weight so I am below 180 fr the first time in a long time so that really pisses me of. I thought I was in good shape but the time I took off cause of my back I didnt really stay high on calories and I guess it hurt me.

max, i saw at the beginning of this thread you were taking 4 pills a day, 2 at a time. i read on the directions where it says to spread them out basically one pill four different times a day. just wondering which way if either was better. gonna start my thread monday and this is really my last question about x-factor..... i think :?

Snake you can take them either way. I just dont like trying to keep track of 4 pills aday.

This morning I did my bi's and tri's again. Workout was really good and strong.
I weighted myself this morning and I am back to 180 so im up 5 lbs which is great. I have been eating everything in site to try and increase my weight.
Unfortunetly my back has been acting up again so I have had to take more pain meds with tylenol in it. I am trying to limit it so as not to cause to much problem with x-factor but sometimes pain is to bad

Yea me to but I am worried that it is not going to. The doctor wants me to go to a pain clinic and talk to a specialist but I dont think that I am ready for that yet, there something about them shooting a steroid injection in my back that doesnt sound that fun.

I hope it gets better soon. I know what you mean about the injection...Some trainers wanted to do that to me for my ankle and i wasnt enthused niether was my parents so i went to me Doc. and asked him and he said not to do it...He said that he doesnt believe that it is good for it...Temporary MABYE but later in the end you will have to have more and more and more injects to gett eh same effects...And you know that i trust my Dr.
But then again ankle vs. back it might be different..I dont know...I'm not a Dr.

Tonight was chest night.
Tonight was a great workout. My strenght seemed to be really strong tonight. My incline and flat bench was up 15 lbs on each which was awesome cause they had been pretty flat lately.
I didnt have any pain in my back before my workout but afterwards of course it had to come back. Oh well I guess that just the price that I am going to have to pay right now, cause as my wife says I am just to subborn.
I think that I have about 2 weeks left on x-factor. So far my stats are I have gained 7lbs of lean muscle mass which is pretty cool considering that I lost almost that much when I went off my superdrol. I have been able to gain 2 more pounds so I am at 182 now which rocks for me.
I do want to thank all the people that have emailed me about starting x-factor lately. Im glad that you have decided to try it. I think it awesome also that we are getting more people to be doing threads on it now.

Sorry guys I have been kinda slacking on my review.

Last night I did shoulders and back. Work was strong. I went pretty heavy last night trying to bump up size. My weights were up on average about 10lbs per excersize.
Yesterday at work I delt with a young man that I used to deal with all the time. I have not seen him in about a year. He sad to me yesterday "wow you have lost alot of weight."
what the, well you fill in the rest of that. I mean come on thats like telling you girlfriend, it looks like you putting on a little weight.
Oh well I guess I need to eat even more.

Man... I know how you feel. I'm taking in about 5,000 lean calories a day. I've just recently got back over 180 and my chest strength is still not all the way back. You have got to compare the strength stats to really be able to see your gains. Keep it up. Good things will happen.

Max, i dont know what kind of protein your taking, but a weight gainer one would help with the calories, some cytosport cytogainer with 16 ounces of milk and some peanut butter and flax, your looking at about a 1000 calorie shake right there.

Thats a good idea I have never tried weight gainers before.

Well the end is here.
Yesterday I finished my second cycle of X-factor.
I must say that I like the new format with only 4 pills a day instead of the 5. Final stats is that I weight in at 182 lbs. I gained 8lbs of LBM.
Again I got caught up in the weight lost right away and had to play catch up. In the end I was able to gain it back tho. I did notice this time that soreness did not last as long as the first cycle that I did. I did sweat alot more this time then I remember from before.
I must say that even with the problem with the weight lost and trying to gain back in the end I am lifting more weight with more reps then I did when I begain. I am defianitly much more ripped then I was after finishing up my activia te cycle.
Overall I must say that I am still very impressed with x-factor and think that it is the best non-hormonal supplement out there. It stacks well with just about anything or by itself.
In the end I will admitt that taking an Anti-inflammatory like I have had to almost 1 a day for the last week did have some effect on my gains. Although I think that it is quite possitive that I still gained LBM and weights went up.
I thank everyone for reading my threads on X-factor and I really appreciate all of the people that have decided to try X-factor. Keep up all the hard work I for one am very proud of you guys and here to help out

great review like always max. keep up the good work. those are pretty good gains especially whil taking things that are suppose to hinder the effectiveness of the supplement. so what's up for your next cycle.

I am going to hit another cycle of superdrol. I loved it the first time except for the lethargy, but ill fight through that.

Ive got quite abit of superdrol left. I hve not bought any phera plex yet but im looking at it still. Im still wanting to see if people have that much better results with them together.

Hey Max-Great to see the X factor worked for you :) You certainly seem pretty dedicated, so keep going hard, I always like to read how you are going with different products! You said you were hoping to break 190 with SD... Well, I have a little more than I would like in that department, so hows about we do a swap..lol
