what is the fastest way to lose 15-20 pounds of fat without losing muscle.

-what to eat
-what type of a workout ( circuit...)
-what kind of cardio ( LSD, Guerilla, Interval...)

liposuction.

You'll never lose 15-20lbs quickly and it will take you alot longer if you dont want to lose muscle either.

They say 1-2lbs is the max the average person should lose if he/she is worried about losing muscle. That means it should take you 10-14 weeks. Even when just losing minimal fat you're going to lose muscle on a cut that long.

I prefer cardio in the AM on an empty stomach 3-4 days a week.

Keep training the way you have been.

a good diet is how you lose wieight. you really dont even have to do much of anything different. make sure you keep your metabolism going and depending how high your bf is do some cardio
