I'm going to second meet this weekend in ATL. Once again I am doing the bench only category. I'm still working on building up my lower back for the squat and deadlift. I did a speed day yesterday and felt great. 225 plus chains 9 sets of 3 reps with 3 different grips then a little tricep work. I'm entering the 220 weight class praying I make weight I'm bouncing between 218 and 222. By the way any advice on making sure I make weight at morning weigh in? I'm shooting to bench 405 Raw. I've done it in training at least 3 or 4 times in the last month and the last time it felt pretty easy. I bring it down slow pause and press. It feels real smooth, so I'm pretty pumped. Wish me luck and take it easy.
