Military Muscle...

I am currently enlisted int he USMC and I am 175 lbs. I do cardio once a week and Its very intense. We do cardio for atleast 1-2hours on thursdays which I feel sets me back. I I cant gain the weight that I want to while being int he military. Hopefully when I get out in OCtober I wont have that problem anymore. Its like you have to be at their standards at all time or else. When they measure body fat they use the tape measure and not the pinch method. We all know that taping sucks. Well im done until the next instalment.

first of all, thanks for serving. i know what you mean about going backwards with the cardio, but there isnt much you can really do about. just look at it this way, you are going through a little cutting cycle until october, get toned up, then in october, get massive 8)

Thank you. For the advice that you guys give me abotu all this stuff. I really am getting cut because of the supps im taking and my diet and my training. I eat right, lift right, and live right. Im getting cut up without having to do any cardio except when I "have" to do it. Right ona obut getting massive I will you can believe that!!!

i know what you mean, we Run at LEAST 3 times a week (2-5 Miles each time) i have to eat my ASS off to get anything out of my lifting. but ill be out in Aug.

Same, I was in cross country for two years. Biggest waste of time/setback ever. I was 6'1 and sitting at 150 for a good 2 years. When I quit I instantly gained 22 pounds of pure muscle. By the way I live in Katy TX right outside of Housten. H-Town Rep!!!
