Great product, great absorption by your body. I am enjoying 2.5g's 2x per day myself. Some even feel an added pump and vascularity. Oh and THE TINGLE

beta alanine is a naturally occuring amino acid which is also a precursor to carnosine. I really like Palo alto Incarnate as I said, but MAN clout is another great option

So Incarnate has BA? Is this a necessary amino or unnecessary like Glutamine? Is BA what gives people that "tingly" feeling?

Yes, BA gives a tingle the first few times you take it.... it is non-essential... there is a ton of research and clinical studies on BA... studies have shown it to be multiple times more effective than creatine alone.

Is that what Incarnate is? A BA supp?

How important is BA to my diet? Can I do without?

You can do without anything really. Its all personal opinion. Some people feel that creatine is a waste of money and some keep a continuous supply in their arsenal. Give BA a shot and if you notice positive effects from it, then it'd be intelligent to continue supplementing it. If you don't feel its necessary, well then you have your answer....

My problme is I am on so many supps, I don't know what's working and what isn't. I am NOT on Creatine but was planning on buying some and mixing in BAs to it.

Stole the words right outta my mouth.

I'm taking CLAs, Flax, BCAAs, Vitamin C, Multis, Glutamine, Nano X9; soon to be taking Creatine, possibly BA not to mention my upcoming Tren/Fura cycle in two weeks, where I will be on Anti-e, Retain 2, HyperTEST, Blue Up, Mass FX.

a lot of what you listed will have decent effects, but most seem essential or useful.

with your sig. you've done quite a few cycles, have you posted up any pics?

No pics, I'm still butt ass skinny! I say I'm a hard gainer but I am such a hard gainer, yesterday my weight dropped 5 pounds from the day before because I skipped a meal and a shake during that day. I fear after my cycle the after pics won't be much of an improvement. Any ideas? I cram 4,000 cals per day and 250+ gs protein.

IMO u should add BA in whatever stack ur on. Benefits are endless. It ranks right up there with creatine. They are a great combo.

Clout
Body Octane
Incarnate

There are others that contain BA but these are great!

Ummmm are those cycles u listed in ur sig the ones u have done? If so how are u still skinny?

What about BA powder, will that work just as well as Incarnate, Clout, etc? I was just going to mix BA powder in my Green MAG.

Well very slender. I'll be honest, all cycles except my last Tren cycle were done not eating correctly and taking no supps cause I didn't know any better. This is why I ask so many darn questions! Very few things work for me and I am overdoing it on the supps now, not to mention when I go full blast with 90 mgs Tren and 99 mgs Fura a day. I'd love to be 210 pounds!

I am sure bulk powder will be fine. I haven't used it myself. I loved clout and I will be running some incarnate soon.

I hear ya man. I think we all have been there. Keep asking questions. I know I do lol.

Clout has the BA and Tricreantine in it. The taste lol well its not great. U get use to it. Protein powder helps. But not the chocolate protein powder.

the danger of cycling before you ever get your diet and training 100% down is you begin to depend on them - as it seems you may have due to the number of cycles you've already done.

you feel like any time not on cycle is a waste and mentally you don't think you can grow

Well my diet is clean and I actually feel more tight now than I did on my last Tren cycle, oddly enough. But I already purchased the Tren and Fura and all PCT supps. Might as well use em right? I prob won't bulk any more, I just want to itghten everything up and boost my strength, that's all.

Also, my previous eight cycle were done while not eating or supplementing well at all, so I wasted my money. I did not use any PCT or supps and I ate about three time a day, that's it. Now I have my diet down.
