I love the stuff. I use the chocolate. I havent tried the vanilla. I go thru about a bag every 2 weeks or so. It tastes good, it mixes good in h2o as well as milk, and you just cant beat the price. I remember a long time ago, that EAS had a strawberry whey protien that was pretty good. Back in the mid 90's I think. I wish they would put that in the 6 lb bag. It would be nice for a change.

6lbs of whey in two weeks? Thats pretty impressive. How many shakes do you drink a day? What is the percentage of protein per gram of powder?

My ON Whey Gold is (24/30.4) = 78.9%

BSN Syntha-6 is a lot lower at (22/44) = 50%

I didn't really take that into consideration when purchasing the syntha-6 and now regret it. Granted the mochaccino is a nice change, but taste isn't a big priority IMO....

I drink 3 shakes per day. Heres what they consist of:

1. mid morning meal 2 scoops whey, 1.25cup oats
2. Pre Workout 1.5 scoops whey
3. Post workout 2.5 scoops whey, .75 cup oats

So, thats 6 scoops per day. That equals 42 servings per week. 84 servings in 2 weeks. That leaves 6 scoops in the bag. By my math, that means a 6 lb bag will last me 2 weeks and 1 day.

sorry, I forgot the percentage protein part. it is 23 grams of protein in a 30 gram serving. so thats 76.6% protein. Thats pretty close to ON. And considering the price and the fact that sams is 3 miles from my house, I cant beat it.

I think Walmart and Sam's Club now have the lowest prices on whey since the price increase.

Yeah its good quality. I have some sitting in my kitchen. Got mine from Sam's. I buy that and some other brand from wal-mart.

It's just as "good" as the other WPC products out there. If you consider 76.6% protein good than go for it.
