ok i know you would usualy take before or after workout but i am goin to take smash pre and a protien shake after when else could i time my creatine by the way its greenmag by control also i would like to time some purple wrath in there to let me know what you guys suggest

Smash- preworkout
Purple wrath- sip during workout
Green mag- immediately postworkout
Protein- 20 or 30 minutes after green mag

I have to split my greenmag: 1/2 pre, 1/2 post - otherwise i get the poopsiewoopsies. It may be because my multi has a good bit of Magnesium in it and the combo is too much...

I also had stomach issues with regular monohydrate though most of it could just be me. Although I have heard others had to split greenmag doses too

Edit: Also, if you dont have the greenmag yet use about twice the water recommended (i think they say 8 or 12)... I use more like 15-20 oz so its not too sweet. You need water anyways right?
