I'm looking for some completely unsweetened protein shake mix. I mean no artificial sweetners, no stevia... nothing. What are my options?
Thanks.

In terms of items carried here by DA:
American Sports Nutrition makes unflavored whey in 10lb or 3lb

I think this isolate from NOW is unsweetened:

I've had protein pancakes before with the optimum any whey. They were okay, kinda different

Protein pancakes are easy to make. I like to use a mixture of wheat flour and/or ground oats, soy flour, flaxseed meal, vanilla protein powder (whey or milk protein isolate), baking powder, frozen blueberries, eggs, and skim milk. I don't remember the exact ratios. I always look up a regular pancake recipe and substitute everything in the same liquid to solid ratio.
Play around with small batches and find what works for you. Coming up with the recipe is half the fun :)
