my friend wants to male is own version of the anti-catabolic drink from juven technology which consists of 14g of l-glutamine 1g of arginine and 3g of hmb the pre-made drinks of these are eas and juven themselves and there both 70+ hats only 15 day serving these are the only 3 ingredients so i figured just buy them and mix my own.
